            My father's unit was broken into and robbed. We were never notified. When we did find out manager made it hard to receive surveillance footage and paperwork. We filled out all the right forms and turned em in and never heard from him again. He wouldn't take our calls and avoided the office. So I went to another location and found the district manager. She said that manager was no longer an employee and he'd never even filed the paperwork on our claim. Now she is giving us the same run around. Refuses to give us corporate information. She keeps blaming it in her not have child care.. pleas e helps us. My father is a retired us army veteran. He had a lot of stuff he's collected throughout his career stolen and has yet to be compensated

            i have been renting from this storage for almost 6 months and started having issues a few months ago. 1st isssue is when its payment time i always have trouble logging in to there website. and finally when i do if i do log in. it shows i have no unit rented. so i have no way of accessing a way to pay. so every month i get late fees. The only way im able to pay is when the late fee hits it get a text message telling me and a link to pay. The next issue is i have not been able to get access to my unit for 1 month and a hlaf. the gate code works fine but the door to the climate controlled is telling me access denied restricted invalid access or something. i couldnt access it all of june and now july it started end of may. my associate took pics of one of the times. pictures will include of website sshowing no unit website giving trouble about logging in pice of denied access
