I had my siding replaced by Titan Windows in Siding in October 2023. When they quoted me, they failed to add in the cost of replacing the skirt so I have a half finished house. Not only that but a piece of my siding has already fallen off the house. When I go to contact them, my email gets returned as undelivered.Business response

Thanks for reaching out. *************** signed a contract to replace her siding on her home, no mention of skirting was included. Following the installation, she inquired about the cost of installing skirting, and a quote was created, however the appointment to provide the quote to her was cancelled.
Well be happy to address any work under warranty and will have the service department reach out to schedule a visit.

I am rejecting this response because:A quote was not provided, they said someone needed to come out to measure to provide a quote, which I found odd since their crew had been here for 2 weeks working on the house and should have been able to provide the needed information.
I did cancel that appointment once, and when I tried to reschedule, my emails as well as my texts were kicked back to me as undelivered.
Now the product that is 4 months old is literally falling off of my house! Please see attached pics.
I tried to reach out to get this fixed, but again, my emails and texts get returned as undelivered.
I need this fixed, and I will reach out to another company to finish the job.
Regards,

We signed up for siding and windows in November of 2023 the week before Thanksgiving. We financed through a company they recommended and were approved. The financing company paid them approximately $16,500 right away for parts. We were told that at the latest, the windows would be installed mid-to-late January. January came and went and there has been no contact from the agent. After several calls and text messages, the agent finally responded mid February saying the wrong windows had been ordered and that new measurements would be needed. Tomorrow is March 1 and we have heard nothing else since. No one ever showed up to remeasure and when we tried reaching out to the actual company we found out that all of the numbers no longer work. We visited the location that is listed on ****** and they havent been there for over 2-3 years. Meanwhile the financing company is demanding their payment even though we were told we wouldnt have to start payments until the job was completed. This company is a scam we just want our money back along with the interest that is apparently accruing every day.Business response

Good morning, thanks for reaching out. *************** was informed during contract signing that since we were now in the holidays, we would be experiencing delays in ordering and shipping. February 6th, ******************* windows arrived incorrect from the manufacturer, and he was informed the windows would be reordered after confirming the measurements, to avoid further delays. Since then, the measure tech revisited the job and has confirmed the measurements and options on our end. The order has already been re-forwarded to Alside, the manufacturer. *************** confirms in the Section entitled DELAYS in the Terms & Conditions of his contract that we are not responsible for manufacturer delays.
I'm not sure what location *************** visited. We have worked virtually since 2018. Our phone number has been the same since 2005. There is no address listed on our ****** My Business page, only a service area. His sales representative is happy to assist or answer any questions, and *************** also has his personal cell phone number.
Due to ******************* desire for us to not continue the project, I'll need to place the job in a pending status until an agreement is reached. *************** is free to cancel his contract but will need to do so in the manner and under the terms that the contract specifies. If after reviewing the contract *************** would like to continue the project, please instruct him to send an email to ******************************** so we have written documentation of such, and he will be placed back in the queue.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Please note the address and phone number listed on the attachment. These are screenshots from not just ****** but the company website. The address listed for this company is not correct and we know this because we drove directly to the location. Every single phone number listed for this company does not work: Not even the toll free number. We tried calling multiple locations, not just the ones in *****. NONE of the numbers work. We have phone records proving that no one in this company has been keeping in contact with us. The last we heard is that the wrong windows were ordered and that someone would be coming to re-measure the windows which never happened. We have cameras outside of our house and we wouldve been notified if anyone was walking around our property and there is a window that required interior measurements. Over $16,000 has been paid out to this company and we were told the latest we would be waiting would be the end of January.
Regards,

On March 4, 2019, I paid a deposit of $1,250 for New "Prodigy" Siding for ******************. property, we were in the process of getting loan approval for the remaining balance of $16,250. By the end of that day, I received the notice from the bank that we had been approved for only $10,000. That same day March 4, 2019, proceeded to send an e-mail to Titan Remodeling @********************************* with a resending notice with the explanation of the situation. The next day March 5, 2019, I received a call from the sales representative who said that they had many people having the same issues. He would contact me at a late date to refund my money. On March 6, I had to leave for ******* on a family emergency which has been ongoing since then. Then the ***** situation was added on top of caring for my ailing father back in *******. Well, finally on December 2, 2021, I sent an e-mail to Titan Remodeling @ ******************************** requesting my deposit. I spoke on the phone with ************************* on January 2, 2022, where I explained the situation and he stated that he would look for the paperwork. On January 15, 2022, I spoke with ************************* and gave him my information again, I am ***************************** from **** Field ************* and my deposit amount was $1,250. On January 19, 2022, I sent a certified mail requesting a refund of my deposit to *****************************************************************, but it was returned as undeliverable. On February 3, 2022, I spoke with ************************* again, he stated that they had found the paperwork and that since I paid in cash my money would be given to me in cash. Since then I have not been able to contact him or anyone @************. I have left over 20 messages.Business response

Good afternoon,
As was explained to the customer, after researching her claim we can confirm that ****************** down payment was never deposited. Her down payment was paid in cash, and was refunded in cash. The salesman confirms it was delivered to the customer in the same envelope....3 years ago.

I am rejecting this response because: I have asked for a copy of a receipt that shows who was the deposite refunded to, because it was not given to my husband or myself. I signed a receipt when I gave my deposite. I am assuming that for such a large cash transaction being returned to the customer, their policy would have their sales representative show proof of such a transaction taken place and require the customer to sign a receipt. They have not cooperated with me in providing a receipt.
