We were charged for services not rendered. Initially an employee acknowledged only a partial refund would be forthcoming but soon after another employee came up and said that nothing would be refunded. They acknowledged we were charged for ear piecing by them that never occurred. Additionally, there was jewelry initially selected by our daughter that was put in an autoclave but decided against by us. It never touched her skin; in fact, never removed from the packet! Nonetheless we were again told there would be no refund for that. After that the second employee was refusing to give the jewelry to us after he said we were being charged regardless. I informed him I was going to be filing a report to the BBB to which he replied he didnt care. I asked for his name to which he replied ****. He accused me of having an attitude because I asked other patrons in the store if they thought it was right to pay for services not rendered or items not received. **** then slammed the jewelry on the table, called me an A****** and stared me down in a threatening fashion. I used no profanity and being some 20 years older than him as well as a medical doctor there was no chance I was getting drawn into a physical confrontation. I initially was refusing a receipt because I explained I was going to contest and services werent rendered. I acquiesced to sign and accept the receipt only after writing in caps that no ear piercing was done. **** tore the receipt and threw it at me. This was grossly derelict, unprofessional and threatening. I hope that beyond reparations that there be consequences to this individual and establishment for having an employee like this serving the public. As I was walking out the store a patron who was inside for the exchange looked at me and said, I was scared for you. Driving away two of my daughters who did receive services were also frightened and tearing up in the car.
