The most pathetic taxi company you can ever come across. Staff *********, doesnt have the slightest remorse for giving a pathetic service. Even after confirming the time of tide two times, they dont send drivers, drivers also keep complaining they dont get customers information on time. Ultimately the customer is affected. ********* hangs up the phone on you saying we cant do anything of driver reaches late. Driver say I cant do anything if Im not given customer pick up address timely. No one takes responsibility. This company is supposed to drive people with disability to their medical appointment and they are the most irresponsible company to ever **** for transportation.Review from Samantha R

They never showed up and then canceled my ride within 1 minute of receiving their call. Driver never showed up at my apartment building and I had been waiting outside for about 20min. Everyone passed blame to the other. ****** the driver blamed dispatch even though he never showed up and the girls in dispatch, ******* and ******* claimed he was at the address so it was my fault. Its an apartment complex, so yes technically he was here, but he was not at the right building even though the address and building are provided. Im 9 months pregnant and waiting where ** supposed to be and yet driver couldnt even pull up to the right building. Driver admitted he was parked at the wrong building, building 2, when he called me. He never asked me to walk over, he just said it was already canceled. I had just spoke to him before he arrived and let him know I was standing at building 6 where I LIVE, I also gave him the gate code, yet he proceeded to park at building 2 and call dispatch to let them know I was a no show. He just didnt want to pick me up. It was a ******** paid ride. Theyre horrible and will find an excuse to not pick you up. Why? I have no idea. Im not sure if my ride wasnt worth it to him or if they get paid either way but it was so stressful and I genuinely couldnt believe a company would do this. Especially since it was for a doctors appointment and I get charged if Im late. On top of all this, they were 15min late from the pickup time they had stated. Do not use them.
