    Mazda rencenlty drops their **** up to $4,000 for their cx90 and I have chatted with their customer service. Their reply doesn't make any sense. They said drop of the **** is just because a recall which can be fixed by dealer. If it is a small issue, there is no way that Mazda reduces 4000 dollars, so I guess there is more potential risks on this model. They refuse to reimburse that difference and offer me a $500 gift card can only be used at dealership! So rediculous.Mazda said they are gona to reduce the cost of the car and will maintain the same quality. As a Economics student, I am questioning how it could happen!So Mazda knows their products aren't worth that price and fools the current cx90 onwer like me.That is the "good"reputation of Mazda, this is my first Mazda, and will be my last Mazda.

    On May 09,2022, I was at North Park Mazda and after viewing a few trucks I found a 2016 Silverado . As a prior sales consultant and being in a customer service environment for many years, this was by far the worst experience. Now granted it was already late in the evening I had a sales consultant who had been doing that position for many many years. Based from talking to the finance employee. The individual in my opinion was not able to deliver. I was approved I had a few issues with purchasing. 3 Tires were the year of the vehicle and asked if those could be replaced. I asked if we could play with numbers to get a better deal, I also had another issue as if the alignment was off a bit. Out of all that as an approved customer you would think that was the case. Well unfortunately I was told no for the first two and the third would have to be coordinated. Ok cool fine. I bit that one. Then the next time I went in to get the truck cleaned up to my assumption as a prior sales consultant. Well I was there from morning to evening waiting on my truck to be done. Only to get it back not cleaned inside and out. Stickers were removed but not very well. I told the employee about my issue with the truck not being cleaned and his words were well it had only been on the sales floor over the weekend. Really? What does that have to do with it. Two times that I was there not once was I asked if I needed anything from anyone not once was I told about the sitting area with snacks and drinks. I found that myself. I met one manager briefly only because of me asking about the issues. He mentioned like everywhere else that they do their safety inspections prior to putting on the sales floor. I asked for a print out of that and he said he couldnt do that. Finance employee was the only one who really assisted only because I had to do the finance portion. But she was respectful and assisting. This is just to name a few things. Now fast forward to 07 July 2022,

    I went in to find out about my license plates, because I had never received a call stating that they were in. I show up and get told that my plates had been there already. Wow, then I told the clerk now you see why I am upset with the customer service.
