First, the digital meter was installed middle of June. Since then I have called multiple times saying a water leak has occurred inside the meter box where the installation has occurred. Monday supposedly an emergency member was to go to my house and investigate the situation. No one has informed me about the investigation. I did not have this leak before the install of the meter.

i have been scammed several times by *********** billing system. saws says its a routing number or account number issue and credit human issue. i ask why then do i not have problems with city public service or any other online banking accounts. i only have this problems with saws. i think they are scamming customers specifically with their on line free service payment system. i would like to know just how much money saws customers have paid over draft fees or other fees. i have always paid my saws account on time.Review from Noelia S

What the fk is happening! I have been a customer for Saws firm many years and I have never overuse my water, bills were $65 (the highest) and now the bills are $368 and that's because I had a credit! My water **** is only $77 but the **** fkn FEE IS OVER $250!!!!! WTF! AND THAT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR DSMN MONTHS! WHO THE ** ARE WE PAYING FOR?!!!!
