    I ordered trash service 2 months ago, no trash bin or container was EVER delivered. But they keep charging me and sending me bills after I called and told them to reimburse my fee and cancel my service. I told them I'm disabled and needed my own bin closer but they do NOT care!!!!!!!!;Now a new bill for NO SERVICE WTH

    Been with them 5 weeks and 3 out of 5 they never picked our trashcan up on Friday, the scheduled pickup day, and the *** fined ** for leaving the can sit out there all weekend because of those guys not picking it up. They dont *********** about the customers and I am very upset since they got my money but havent delivered the service that I paid for.

    New account with company, took 2-3 weeks to provide thrash can, charged us to deliver trash can after 2 weeks of waiting, charged us to pick up trash can after not picking up but once after months of service. We had complains of trash smelling and sitting not being picked up. ***** is contact person and fails to return calls or communicate. I am going to pay $10.44 to terminate all business with this company. Poor service and should not be in business. I would like to warn other business and home owners to not do business with Waste Connections of Texas LLC

    We apologize for the service failure that you experienced with Waste Connections I'm not to sure if there were other factors on why you were not serviced or the delivery time frame to receive  a trash cart, we want to make this right and are refunding you the $10.44 for all your troubles.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Not once did I speak to her, funny how now she has a response.  It was not that we didnt receive a trash can late, it is their service was not professional.  2 weeks to deliver trash can, one time pick up of trash over several weeks of service.  Complaints to ***** and customer service were not met.  We had complaints from neighboring offices for trash smell of 4 weeks of no pickup.  Then you want to charge me to drop off and pick up trash can.  They picked up once entire service contract.  I tried serval times to help with service and no response.
