Thank you for your feed back and we are so sorry this happen to you and your property. We can assure you QD restoration and our employees have never and will never engage in this kind of behavior. We spoke with you, two weeks after the incident and to be provided with any sort of physical evidence. You mentioned you have a ring camera, please provide us with the footage of the alleged incident so we can review it and go from there. I used QD restoration in Oct 2023 to remediate water damage in my garage due to water softener leak on the garage wall. They put fans in the garage and the fans dried up the small area in a couple of days. I was given a quote for like 5 days and gave them 60% down to start the job. They removed the fans in a couple of days as they said it was dry. So I asked is that it and they said yes. So I didn't think I owed them any more money as the 60% payment would have covered the 2 days of the fans. Then I get contacted by them in June 2024 (8 months) later saying I owed an additional $320.74 . They said they have been busy and apologize for not getting me the balance due sooner and I said what balance due. I was told we were all good when they picked up the equipment. They asked if I could prove that they were only there 2 days and I said no as it was done 8 months ago. Estimator/****** said he never got the final amount from their employee. So paying 60% upfront should have easily covered the 2 days of fans, only to find it it didn't. I will never use this company again!!!! They should have just written off the $320.74. This was crazy. Poor customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.Review from John D

Did not set up barriers for the drying machine and fans. Temperature in our house went up to 100 degrees which overheated our aquarium killing our fish.QD Restoration Response

***** and **** are doing an awesome job in restoring my home. It is super hot outside as well as inside where they are tearing down damage and they are working hard with a respectful and professional attitude.
