    Everlasting Elopements took additional money from my account 3-4 months after our wedding was complete and paid in full. It was taken without me or my wife being notified or any explanation prior to taking it from my account. I feel they were trying to sneak it through with out notification. I've sent them my bank statement showing all payments were made prior to wedding, but they will not answer calls or return my call messages. I want a call and written apology and refund of the money they took without notice or my permission.

    We originally signed a contract on 06/19/2023 for the Premium Small Wedding Package with a cocktail reception to be held on Monday, 09/18/2023. Our contract stated that we owed $500 for the wedding venue and Everlasting Elopements was responsible for booking that wedding venue. A week before the wedding I called to confirm everything was in order. I called the business and left several voice messages asking for a return call and sent multiple emails. After not hearing from the business for 2 days, I called the venue directly to confirm the date and time of the wedding. I was told that while Everlasting Elopements did make initial contact with them to see if the desired date was available, they never signed a contract, secured a permit, or made any sort of payment to the venue. The venue followed up with Everlasting Elopements several times without any return communication and eventually had to release the date.After several more phone calls and emails, I still had not heard anything from the business. I was finally able to get a hold of someone by calling from a private number on 09/14/2023. In a very rude and nonapologetic way, I was told that it was not their fault and that the venue dropped the ball. I was told by the owner of the company that she would provide us with alternative venue options by the end of the day. I was not provided with new options until 09/16/2023, two days before the wedding. We signed a new contract on 09/17/2023 stating that we would pay for the new venue, food and drinks directly to the new venue and that Everlasting Elopements would bring a refund check in the amount of $1990.46 to the wedding the following day. When I asked about the refund check on the day of the wedding, I was told that she, the owner, forgot to bring the check and that they would have to mail it to me since I do not live in the *********** area. After following up several times after the wedding, I have received no responses and have never received the refund.

    November 23, the full amount of ****** was paid for the delivery and set up of chairs, coordinator that was required by the venue. That was to not only line up wedding party, hides bride guests and plays your music they are also there to help setup chairs and block pedestrian traffic while the event is going on as well as provide a speaker and microphone for officiant. My guest had to help set up chairs because they were late, the coordinator did not show up and did not provide microphone.

    Payment was due 9/26/22 for my wedding on 10/10/22 & I emailed on 10/11/22 regarding a refund on an arch that I was clearly charged for in my invoice, but didnt receive. They refused a refund for the service not provided. They denied they charged me for it.

    Booked a wedding with these people. So unprofessional to deal with on the day of. Had us running around like crazy trying to find our spot. They provided us with two different locations to have the wedding which neither one was the spot. Had our whole entire family that was attending lost without any clue on where to go. They showed up late and didn't have a clue and said they thought it was for 7 PM not 6 PM which it was scheduled to be at. We ended up running across them at the beach at a spot that had not been communicated. When confronted, they didn't even care that they almost ruined our day.

    We are very sorry about the confusion that was caused on your wedding day about the location of your ceremony being setup on the beach.  It is unfortante that one of our coordinators gave you the wrong GPS pin.  We all know as humans we do make mistakes and ****** felt terrible about it.  We did however send you a map previous to the wedding of where we would be around.  I know it can be fustrating but due to the beach being public we are not always able to setup exactly where we hope do to the crowds on the beaches.  We always setup as close as to the marker as possible and your setup was moved down 1 marker so you had the best view of the ocean and not crowded around beachgoers.  From the pictures you can truly see by us moving things we were able to give you the best spot on the beach to enjoy your ceremony!  We turly had your best interested at heart but understand the panic you must have been feeling.  All-in-all though your wedding went off without a hitch and was beautiful and your amazing pictures show it.  We wish you Everlasting Love & Happiness and would love to offer you a simple vow renewal in the future!

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The original wedding location on the contract was mile *********/18. The day before the wedding, my wife was told to type in Keepers Peer and it was to the right of that. We typed it in, drove there, took a picture, text the picture to ****** and asked is this the location. ****** responded yes. That was at mile marker 0. The wedding was at 6. Guests arrival 5:45. At 5:10 nothing was set up and crowds were everywhere. When she called ******, ****** said oh I dont know. You have a different coordinator. But **** the owner is at mile marker 9. You can drive down and talk to her. When we arrived now at 5:40, 5 minutes prior to guest arrival, **** stated the wedding is not at 6. Its at 7. We pulled up the contract and showed her 6. She said well just delay the start time. It takes me 10 minutes to set up. You need to understand things change. Well then the new supposed coordinator shows up. She was the only apologetic person. And even she admitted she didnt know the location changed. New location now being mile marker 9.  I could go back and forth all day but they will not take credit for their mistake. Yes it was beautiful but it was a joke and **** the owner did not care at all. She made my wife a wreck and made it very unenjoyable.

    So I paid for an elopement on june the 30th and I then realized that I put the wrong date so I left several messages and even tried going to the location which wasn't even there place of business. So then they finally got back to me saying that I can't reschedule so then I left a review on the app and I showed up to the spot to get married and I got no call email or text from the company to even get married and they said they assumed that I wanted to cancel and that they wouldnt even want to **** me after a bad review... *********** is everlasting elopements in *********** ***** and I paid $75.

    Date of transaction was 5/27/2022. I paid a deposit of $300 for a Deluxe Beach Wedding Package.5/27/2022 - **** with Everlasting Elopement sent a link for me to book the Wedding for 9/24/2022. Upon completing the reservation, I noticed it was not the correct wedding package link.I emailed **** (EL) and let her know that I was sent the wrong reservation link and requested a call back from her. I did not receive a phone call and noticed later that day a new reservation link was sent with an apology. I went ahead out of good faith and completed the reservation and submitted the $300 deposit. 5/31/2022 I received a text from Everlasting Elopement stating that our contract was due on 5/29/2022. The contract was never emailed to myself or my fiance. I requested that the contract be resent. I was sent a text letting me know that the contract was sent daily. ( I never received the contract from 5/27 - 5/30). The contract was sent to me on 5/31/2022. Once again, I was discouraged and lost faith in Everlasting Elopements to provide my wedding venue. The contract that was sent was not for a beach wedding as discussed and reserved. I again requested a call back to discuss. I never received the call and instead was sent a corrected contract later that evening. I was not able to print the contract out until it was signed. I never signed the contract due to this.I want my deposit returned due to the inability of Everlasting Elopement to provide a trustworthy service and failure to communicate.
