Today, I was parked legally in a subway sandwich shop parking spot. I was inside the subway sandwiches eating for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes visiting with a friend. When I came back outside my car was towed illegally. All I did was eat a sandwich parked in the sand which shop. The subway employees verified. The tow truck place was hostile aggressive and threatening. Police were called and mentioned they are called to this business ALMOST DAILY but they know theres nothing they can do as its a civil complaint. Most people dont want to deal with the civil process for just $120 so they do this all the time. They are CRIMINALS. This cannot be allowed in this city. The amount of injustice is absolutely beyond. July 24th 2024, I have finally gotten my truck back after intimidation and harassment in the amount of $120 and they tried to get my title. The employee that came later said why would we ever need your title? Because thats not policy-as they can steal more from me by having my title.

Hello, ****************, I am the manager here at Saucedo's Wrecker Service and I would like to come here and clear up some clear misunderstandings and misstatements of yours. Firstly, your car would not have been touched if someone did not see you walk off the ******************* property. The only reason cars get towed from the ******************* is if you park on the property and go visit other businesses that are not inside of the *******************, this is per the property owner. There are also very large signs with red bold lettering and big yellow borders at the entrances and exits of the *******************. As for your allegations of us being hostile and threatening, we have video footage of the whole interaction of when you came to our premises, that would suggest the contrary, as you were being very aggressive, yelling, and using strong profanity towards our employees. And yes, cops do get called to our premises very often because we do not tolerate the behavior that you displayed that day, from anyone. We go to the ******************* and do what the owner requests, so no, we are not "criminals" we are doing our job, and we are not at fault if you are not paying attention to your surrounding and reading the very bold signs, we have posted I mentioned earlier. If believe that there was so much "injustice" you are more than welcome to take this matter to court and we can settle the matter there,

On May 21, 2023 Saucedos Wrecker towing company towed my car that had been there not even an hour at around 3pm. I was then charged ****** and a 3% tax for using a debit card to get it back. Not only had i not left the designated area; i wasnt even gone an hour. This means that the company was waiting for the second i left my vehicle and that is down right preparatory. All i want is the ****** these vultures took from me back.
