  First, we saw advertisement on ********* Teepee, family retreat, bbqing and kayak. We paid for June *****, so two nights. It was a rainy day so we called ahead to see if they can give us credit back instead, it was in their policy since it is a outdoor camp Which they said theres activities we can do still. Hot tub and private restrooms etc. so we went. When we arrive, we were walking up to the teepee we rent it out. Theres a pond that looked like nobody cleaned it in months. In pictures it looked beautiful! Looked like itd feel and smell like nature. But nope we got hot with sewer smell with nasty thing floating around. Also warning signs for snakes everywhere when you arrive as well. It is not on their website. Anyway we put the code in for the door, instantly got wet from inside because there was leak. We looked up and theres ***** water leaking from ceiling as well. Smelt like mold and mildew. How are we going to stay in a place where theres water Coming from above with children. Well we went to go check out the game area and hot tub we were told. Hot tub water was milky. Game area is not what you see on website its very outdated. Couldnt find ping pong ball either. To mind you this is outdoor event retreat. Anyway, we left because we were talk there will be no management on site and contact before 4pm we arrived at 5pm. Anyway who so we sent out a email the next day to let them know. They called immediately great. But ***** was very rude that I asked her why shes being rude. She was supposed to call back to address this, but never did. Either credit back or fix the issue. They went ahead and cancel and never gave refund. Refusing to do anything. I cant even see my agreement, they even blocked me on ********* Mold/rust coming from ceiling is just not ok. Seems like they arent planning to fix this issue and continue to scam people with false advertisement. its not private restroom or shower. Its outside of teepee and have to walk and share
