Ive purchased two Audi q3s both have had transmission problems. The first one I had for less than one month then it sat in the Audi north park service shop for 2-3 months here in *****************. I traded that car in for an upgraded q3 premium plus this one has the same issues. *** tried going to Audi and asking them to fix the problem I get no loaner almost 70% of the time plus the car comes back the same. Im tired and frustrated with this car I didnt want to spend ******* on a car, but I even offered to buy something for double the q3s price and get no kind of deal. I understand business, profit, and sales. However the thing I understand most is customer service and without that you have none of the previous items. If this is how Audi does business Im sure someone else can take my money. Thank youReview from Cynthia T

7/31/23 bought a new Q5,the salesman I knew, from Northside Chevrolet, where he had sold me the car I traded in.my Cousin, had just bought the same Vehicle.I told him I wanted The same exact car that my cousin had bought.when I got my Vehicle.everything was good except the rims on the car.right away I told that I wanted the same, rims as my cousin's vehicle. he said he would get them for me.by this time he no longer works for Audi.so I called and talked to the Is Director of Audi, Thinking that they would come through with the promise the salesman had made. The Director named **** he said or kinda told me, Too bad so sad?those cars cost too much money, for them not to live up to there promises.oh and how do Company like that get the JD Awards, when that has to do with Customers Satisfaction?something needs to be done, because I'm a customer and I'm not satisfied with what they did to me.so hopefully this get some body's attention. The salesman that sold this Q5 to ****************** did not make a commitment to buy new wheels for her vehicle. Before any customer takes deliver of a new or pre-owned vehicle we ask they sign, in writing, a We Owe form which is very customary in the retail car business. This form specifically details any commitments made to a customer that we owe them after the sale or any commitments made to us from the customer (title owed, etc.) This We Owe document is signed by both the customer and the dealership to ensure these exact situations do not occur. We do have a We Owe form signed by the customer acknowledging that there is nothing owed to the customer after the sale and taking delivery, in the case of this claim, new wheels.Review from Prashanth S

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Audi North Park. My excitement upon purchasing my Audi Q5 quickly turned to distress as I realized that I had been misled by the dealership's online presentation of the car's features.Prior to making the purchase, I meticulously reviewed the vehicle's features and specifications listed on the Audi North Park website. These features were not only appealing but also crucial in influencing my decision. However, my distress escalated when, upon the delivery of the vehicle, I discovered that several of these features were missing. In an attempt to address this issue, I promptly reached out to Audi North Park seeking clarification. Regrettably, their response was nothing short of dismissive. The dealership casually labeled the discrepancies as a mere mistake, providing no further explanation or effort to address my concerns. As a customer, I feel not only misled but also deeply frustrated by this experience. The blatant disregard for my concerns and the lack of accountability demonstrated by Audi North Park has left me questioning the integrity of their business practices. It is disheartening to see a company that I once held in high regard fail to uphold its commitment to providing accurate and transparent information to its customers.I hope to find a resolution that reflects Audi North Park's responsibility towards its customers and the quality of service that I had expected. This experience serves as a reminder of the importance of honest and transparent communication in any business-customer relationship.Audi North Park Response

Mr. ******** was unfortunately confused by Audis on-line feature description on the Q5 that he brought from **. He found the Q5 on-line and one of the features listed was Power Side View Mirrors. The vehicle he purchased indeed has power side view mirrors. Mr. ******** thought the feature was *********** FOLDING Side Mirrors. It was not described as that and did not have that feature.
In an effort to make our customer happy, I offered to give him back what he paid for his car and trade him into a new one with the Power Folding Mirrors. He would just be responsible for the **** to **** difference in the two cars. Mr. ******** agreed to this offer and we set an appointment for Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at 11:00 am to take care of the transaction.
Mr. ******** never showed up and didnt call.

Wish there was a way to show negative stars. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Took our A6 in for an oil change and afterward it wouldn't start. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to contact us with updates and all we ever got from them was a bi-weekly text that said, "no new news about your car". After 4 months and not even a diagnosis as to what the problem is, we asked them to buy the car back. We were told they don't do that. Enter our lawyers and another 4 months later, paperwork is complete and the car is finally repurchased. No apologies, no sympathy, and to this day, we still don't know what was wrong with the car. The entire motor was replaced a few weeks after the paperwork processed and I was finally allowed to get my dash cam out of the vehicle that was mysteriously broken during its 8 month stay at the dealership. Oh, but that wasn't their fault according to the service manager. Do yourself a favor, avoid doing business with these people. I raised concerns to the service manager early on in this process but he was worse than our service rep. I even tried speaking to the ** but he was too busy to talk to me so I spoke to his assistant. I was assured that he'd get back to me as what I explained to her was "very concerning". In typical "North Park" fashion, I never got a call back. These people are 100% focused on selling you a car and couldnt care less what happens to you afterward. Personally, I will never own another Audi or purchase a vehicle from the ****** ***********Review from ben m

Audi Of Nort Park's Managment team are some of the biggest criminals i have ever dealt with in my life, In March of 2023 i looked at trading in my car for another car long story short the deal did not workout, I left and though that was the end of it but wait then the dealer paid my car off in "error" when i contacted them the day it happened they claimed they fixed the problem to which they did not until later when i found out it damaged my credit later, i tried multiple times to contact the General Manager ***************** as ********************* was clearly not addressing the is***, who never called me back after till 60 days after this incident he did when i asked to be conpensated for damaging my credit and messing up my scheduled loan payments they beraded me as if this whole thing was my fault. I informed them i wanted documents from my bank as this whole thing seemed suspicous which they refused to provide and in turn threatned to *** me for their mistake what a joke, Then **** called me from his personal phone threating to come take my car from me which is my means of transportation for work all because of his mistake in the first place. And to think thats all, oh no then they had their lawyers threatening to *** me and sent me emails and dropped off a demand for a car, that i never sold to them in the fist place. And then Audi had the audacity to report my car stolen when i never had a deal with them!!!! Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. shady busniess practices.Review from Manuel E

I saw a used vehicle they were selling on CarGurus. I made a plan to drive from ****** to ****** to see it. It was pictured in excellent condition on CarGurus. Having seen it in person that photo was clearly a stock photo. When the salesman took me to see it, the car was FILTHY from front to back. When we got in it for the test drive the interior was equally as dirty. The entire car looked like it had been in the middle of a field for a week with the windows down that's how disgusting it was. The condition they were trying to sell it in should have been my first red flag. The Salesman (********************) assured me it would be completely detailed before I take delivery. I was taken inside and left to sit around for about thirty minutes a tactic used right before you start doing paperwork so you complete it quickly without a detailed reading so you can get out of there. I was passed over to I guess was a Sales Manager (*************************). We hit it off immediately after learning I was part of the **** Invasion Force who liberated him and his home ***************** from a Dictator. We carried on a conversation about that the entire time he pushed paperwork in front of me to either sign or initial. When it was done I left with all copies to be emailed to me. The next day I returned for the vehicle and noticed it had been cleaned as promised. As I walked around it I discovered the car had been KEYED all the way down the drivers side. Deep, Deep scratches. When I mentioned it to ************** all he said was you could tell where they had been touched up. This immediately told me that he knew about those scratches and many more when he showed me the car in the first place and made no mention of them. I didn't see them because they were being covered by the filth. Probably the plan the whole time. After reviewing the paperwork I discovered that **************** slipped in a $4000,00 Extended warranty without my approval. This is a bad, deceitful Dealership. There has been Zero Contact from.Review from Greg W

Audi NorthPark just wanted the money. Those that have a Q7 know the Ad ********************* gives you problems a lot. It was towed to the dealership. It was not drivable.**** was my service person. He did okay. I cant be to upset with him. I get a video of a technician talking super fast explaining what they saw and what needs taking care of. That was horrible not a good idea. Basically pointing out things that are not the issue. All it was money grab video. Upon missing the broken taillight, no inspection, no oil change done that was requested. $3,400 later and the vehicle not being fixed broke down outside of Waco trying to get get home. Got a tow bill $650 on top of getting it towed the next day Audi dealership another $250 dropped for towing then a final **** for them fixing the problem with the ad ********************* $1,200 total. Ive been trying to reach *************************. Hes playing phone tag and will not pick up the phone. From going in to that service department that day to pickup a none fixed vehicle. All service people had their heads up there a**. No one spoke and chose to see me as invisible. By far the worst place you could ever imagine having to take a vehicle for work to not be done. Fire that whole department. I dont want a robotic response. Save it. Im putting up negative reviews till Im exhausted. ************* with trash a** customer service!
