We got a chihuahua on Saturday May the 11th, took her to the Vet immediately on Monday the 13th and was told she has 2 genetic disorders and a large hole in her skull that will most definitely lead to seizures, blindness and she has fluid on the brain that would need a expensive shunt to remedy! Also, she needed 2 shots which we were told she was up to date on everything and would not need any! This is only 2 days of having this puppy. I was sold a lemon and a lie about everything! This puppy is not healthy and should not have been sold- straight from the vets mouth. The deception and fraud are inexcusable and I want immediate contact and resolution. The paperwork talks about a warranty but also states "if any purchase is not satisfactory it's subject to the provider". Fraudulent. No AKC registration as told, it is an AKC microchip registration! I called the number that was given to me for AKC and it is automation. When I went to American Kennel Website, the number the store gave me does not exist on the website and a Google search of that number returned a different company all together! Staff misled intentionally. Link for Petcare solutions website for submitting 1st vet invoice doesn't work! I sent an email and Petcare solutions apparently contacted my vet but not me! My vet called me to ask permission to speak to them. No one has contacted me and I would like swift and immediate resolution! They ran my credit and I do not want this to affect my credit. This puppy is defective and the 6,000 price tag does not correlate.

On 04-13-2022 my family and I purchased a dog from this establishment. within the year that dog passed away due to a heart attack on 03-06-23. We contacted there help desk and opened a claim with pet care solutions. our claim was approved and we were able to pick another dog out on 04-10-23. we had this puppy for less than a year and it passed away due to acute health deficiencies on 02-29-24. we again opened a claim with pet care solutions and were denied any kind of resolution or compensation even though we have confirmation from Texas A&M veterinary med. that the cause of death was due to acute health problems. so through no fault of our own. On 03-16-2024 I was informed of our claim being denied and was told there is no-one else to talk to or further action to be taken on there part. This is not in line with there promise of "we have the best husbandry program in the market, healthier pets" or " we're happy to help" when both pets died of health problems within a year of purchase and they are not willing to find a resolution. on 04-13-2022 I was approved through a finance company of 5000$ I think we used all of that approved amount for the dog and accessories.

I bought "Tiffany" which is a Pomsky. I requested her pricing and was told via text the price including taxes would be $6,278.50. When we arrived, I was given the pricing breakdown and then I asked about the additional $750 off I had received via text as well. With the base price of $5,800, this should have brough the price down to $5,050 without tax. She said she would "try" to see what she could do to get that pricing, but that did not happen. As far as the training, I was told it would be six weeks of training and I could also bring our other dog to the training and that would be completely fine. I was also signed up with Kanguro pet insurance and told the teeth cleaning would be included in the monthly price. As far as their pet for a lifetime program, they require the pet to be on a required brand of dog food to qualify which was never explained when we were being told about all of their "benefits". Fast forward, the AKC actually provides 30 days free insurance, so the Kanguro I paid for was unnecessary but never explained. When scheduling training, the trainer said we were not allowed to bring our other dog and it was simply one basic training class and the more involved training was at a cost. Not sure what the 6 week training was supposed to be. I would appreciate this being rectified with a credit to my Petland card in the amount of $750. Lastly, the pet insurance cost a start up fee plus the monthly amount which I would have received free for 30 days from the AKC, so I feel that should be refunded as well. The lifetime vet services would work if their facility was open but it closed down and the closest one is too far away which makes it impractical, so I do not even get the benefit. The paperwork states the price of the puppy was $5222.98, but then they added additional costs in which I was told would not be there which only brought it back to the $6000 mark. The pricing was deceiving as well as the "benefits" promised.

Pet store sold me a dog for a price of $6000 saying it was a certain breed and my dog is not that breed. They said she was a Pomeranian and she is not. Thanks
