    I paid $671.14 for a rocker for my nursery on November 5. We were told the rocker would ship and arrive between 12/21 and 12/31, which allowed for a little extra time before my baby arrives. Our confirmation email had this delivery window in it as well. As the delivery date passed, we called to find out the status - which still showed as processing in the order information - and we were told the delivery window was correct. We went TO the store after this delivery window had passed to inquire and were told we would receive an emailed update by within a few days. The only email I received said theyre working on getting the order out as soon as possible, but when I clicked the link for the status, it had not changed. Then our card was charged for the order the weekend of Jan. 1. Their website states that money is taken from the customer as the product is shipping. I had yet to receive any update or communication so I emailed customer service on Jan 19 asking for an update again. I followed up with another email when I did not get any response. It is now Jan 27 and I have received NO communication and the order still shows as processing with the delivery window of 12/21-12/31. They have taken our money but will not respond to any communication regarding our LATE order. The order number is BAS3948695880.
