Metroplex Pools is the best in the business, hands down! From design, to pricing, to install, and to training and the equipment. I couldnt have imagined better service, communication, and execution. The team at Metroplex Pools is amazing. ****** ****** ****, **** and the rest were available at my every request. *****, the Owner, had the vision and expertise to make my backyard dreams come true. I got the whole package, Heater/chiller, swim jets, spa jets,etc. I needed a pool that could offer therapy and fun at the same time. I was in my pool December 30th, the pool water was over 90degrees. ***** did what other companies wouldn't or couldn't do. I researched everything, I got 4 bids, I researched the pool manufacturers, etc. I am so glad I went with Metroplex Pools and look forward to working with them in the future.Review from Travis T

Love our pool! Recommendations from ***** and the install crew were spot on. I know we may be an exception but installed and concrete work done from start to finish in 9 days!!! ******** crew were the best and never hesitated answering any questions we had on the installation process. ***** did an excellent job on the concrete. Out in the country we don't need inspections so that helped the processes! Very responsive to all questions and concerns.Review from Blake E

We had the pleasure of working with Metroplex Pools for the installation of our in-ground fiberglass pool in August, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the teamincluding ****** ****** ****, and Oscarprovided outstanding service. ***** had a clear vision for the design, and the team worked quickly and efficiently, completing the project far faster than other companies Ive heard about. The high-quality Hayward equipment and the beautiful ****** Pools design truly set this pool apart. **** was especially helpful, walking me through how to check and balance chemicals, clean the pool, and maintain the filters. Even after the pool was installed, **** continued to provide excellent customer service, always taking my calls to answer any questions about pool maintenance. The addition of the massaging jets and KoolKote finish, which keeps the pool from getting too hot, really enhances the experience. The team also did a great job cleaning up after installation and made sure I was set up for the final inspection. We absolutely love spending time outside swimming and lounging on the deck. I highly recommend Metroplex Pools for anyone considering a pool installation!Review from Jamiel L

We were very impressed with Metroplex Pools. ****** ***** and the gang seem to have a very well oiled machine. From the start of the project until we were swimming, took about three weeks. ***** was very responsive to the questions and feedback we had during the process. We would definitely recommend Metroplex Pools.
