I boarded my dog with this company from 7/22-7/29/23, when I dropped my pet off there was urine and feces everywhere on the floor in the "holding area" for potty training dogs. The guy that checked us in was talking all over the place trying to up charge us everything. When I was asking questions about how things operate, he couldn't really answer ANYTHING. He was fast talking me with every question and the ending always had some additional charge bs. Never a straightforward answer. When I asked to see the suite that my pet would be sleeping, he told me that I couldn't see it because other pets were onsite but showed me a hot ass room that was additional $$. Fast forward till when I went to pick up my dog. The facility opens at 9am, I arrived at 10:15am. No one was there for me to get my dog. I called the business number no one answered. 10 mins later Ashley calls me back and acted completely shocked that I told her no one was there. She said she had to call me back. When she called back, she said they were out doing drop off service & someone should be there by 10:35 (this was at 10:17). No one showed up until 10:47. He went in and open the door and my dog was out free in the lobby area with a tiny water bowl. It was hot in the building like no air was turned on. My dog looked 10-15 lbs lighter, his food was in the same place that I left it in, & he was FULL OF FLEAS. When I made the company aware that they infested my dog with FLEAS, I was told that they would contact me back to "get to the bottom of it". NO ONE contacted me over 24hrs. When I contacted them no one answered, then Ashley called me back and said that she was just about to call me (yeah right). She then proceeds to tell me that they were getting their entire facility treated for fleas since they infested my dog. When I asked for a refund, she claimed that she would have her manager LOLA contact me. That was 5 days ago!

If you love your dog, PLEASE do not let the people of We Keep Dogs in the Louetta/Kuykendahl area keep them. I put my dog in their 10-day doggie boot camp on a recommendation from a friend. They lost my dog on the 3rd day. A random lady contacted me and said she had my dog contained in her backyard. After the lady that found her sent me a photo of blood on her leg, I asked the facility to get her checked out. They assured me they would have a vet look at her. That did not happen. After a few different sketchy explanations of how my dog was lost, I pulled her from their facility. I asked for a refund for the 7 days she was not in their care, and I have not gotten that. I had to take her to the vet because her leg was injured, and her anxiety level has increased so much that she is now on medication. This is not a secure facility, and I sincerely regret leaving my dog in their care.
