    I apologize for sharing negative feedback, but I felt it necessary to address my recent experience with Morrow's services. While I had previously held Morrow in high regard, my most recent encounter has left me exceedingly dissatisfied. During a scheduled A/C checkup, and installation of a $2000 UV light system to mitigate dirty sock syndrome issues with my relatively new A/C unit, the technician suggested that my capacitor needed replacement (a warranty part) and proceeded to upsell me a $100 capacitor, which upon further investigation, I found to cost only $70 on retail platforms. To my surprise, the replacement took less than 5 minutes. Upon completion, I was asked to sign the invoice without being informed of the service charge. Subsequently, I was invoiced $366.25 for the warranty part replacement. However, my attempts to discuss the charge with Morrow's management were met with rudeness and a lack of responsiveness, leaving me deeply dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I referred a friend to Morrow before this happened. That friend recently had Morrow install a new A/C system and redo her ductwork. It was embarrassing when I had to go to them and share this experience. 8/13/24 Its been two months and Morrow's has not called me to discuss this matter. I have had an account with them for multiple years and have sent my phone number to them twice since this review and still no call. Here is a copy of the last email I sent them a month ago: In reference to your response to my Google Review: my phone number is located in the email I sent you a month ago. In addition, I included a copy of the invoice with our information and we have had an account with Morrow for multiple years that contains our contact information.     Im rating 2 stars for the following reasons. I feel like they are trying to over sale their products. I had them came out for winter tune up and spring tune up. The winter tune up was fine. The spring tune up went pretty smooth as well. However, they warned me that my 9 year unit is getting to the end of it's life and to think about replacing. Didnt think of it much. Next spring cleaning they had to add more freon and was told the motor is running at 50%. I opted to refill freon only and not have the motor replace. 2 weeks later my AC wasnt blowing cold air. I called and have them come out to diagnose. I was informed the compressor is dead. I asked how much to replace and to my suprise i was told 15k to 30k. They said that a designer would contact me next morning to go over the options. Before making any decision i decided to get a 2nd opinion. New company came in and came up with same diagnose that compressor unit needs to be replaced. I was quoted a fraction of what morrow quoted me, so i went ahead and proceed with 2nd company. My advice to anyone is to get a 2nd quote. Do not go with morrow's insane quote. You can save yourself 3 to 4x what morrow is going to charge.

    Their Service person, Scott, was terrific! We shared suggestions that I had not heard before. He performed the service on our a/c unit very well. Their annual maintenance program is very reasonable and we signed up. Also, they try to hire veterans as much as possible which I think is terrific ??????

    I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a small leak in a PVC pipe in my attic. I called Morrow and Josh was at my house in 10 minutes. I had a large package on my front step's, and he graciously brought it in for me. The next thing I noticed was how clean and neat he was. I told him what was happening, and he went in the attic and found the problem very quickly. He came down from the attic told me what it was and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful for a company that still treats their customers with respect. Tammie T
