          PER THE COMPANY, THEY ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING OR RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS REGARDING PRODUCT ISSUES. 

           

          All complaints regarding customer's accounts are now handled through Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC. Those complaints are processed with the BBB Great West + Pacific.

           

          Conn’s is no longer offering service on products purchased. If customers are within the manufacturer's warranty period, they may contact them directly for assistance. For customers who purchased an Repair Service Agreement for appliances and electronics, they are still valid and being administered through Assurant.  Customers can contact Assurant directly at 877-881-8578. 

           

          Bankruptcy

          On 07/23/2024, the business filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case# 9:24-bk-90423. This permits the business to continue to operate with court supervision while developing a plan of reorganization.
