 I have been dealing with Solutions Hair Restoration since the end of April 2022 and I would like to warn each prospective client to proceed with caution. This is lengthy, I omitted alot but want to give details to ensure consumers understand what they can expect: I reached out in despair for Solutions to aid in the regrowth of my edges. Because it is an insecurity of mine, an unnamed doctor took the opportunity to manipulate me into a treatment plan that I am now fighting to release myself of as I do not have the means and ability to pay and I have only received a total of 2 treatments due to a hardship in my family. (I will keep identity of all staff masked for now in the event that the staff I am working with chooses to do the right thing). During consultation, the doctor asked what payments I would be able to make, I assured that doctor that I could possibly make a certain dollar amount of payments. That doctor then encouraged me to sign up for a 3rd party insisting that it was interest free. I made that doctor aware that I would not be able to come weekly, possibly 2 times a month, and that doctor told me that in 2 to 4 months, if they dont see improvement, theyd cancel the treatment plan for me as the results and reviews are "real". The first week of June I tested positive for Covid, this was the same time that I experienced a hardship and was made aware that I would have to move back to my home state which is 10 Hours away. I made the staff at Solutions aware that I could not proceed with the program. As a single mother of two boys with no help my move too priority. Since the date that I maid said Doctor aware of my hardship/inability to pay I have experienced a struggle being released from the same treatment plan that I was reassured I could be released from. Given the terms of the 3rd party, when I made Solutions aware of the situation the very first time, I couldve been released from the bondage. However, because it has now been over 60 days I dont ha
