    I placed an order with Backroad Babes online, drafted from my ck acct on 11/17/23. Received email of confirmation 11/22/2023, 3 items. I received one item, the other 2 were expected to be mailed the first week of December 2023, Items labeled Western Christmas gift box. 1 medium, 1- 1X. As to date, 1/31/24 neither have been received, nor has refund been issued. I've emailed the business numerous times over the last month and have requested a refund. I finally tried emailing on Instagram since she's always posting items on there. I finally received confirmation 1/11/2024 that she would refund the cost of the boxes. 1/22, I asked for a time frame on the refund. No response. I reached out again 1/26- still no reply even after getting confirmation that the message had been seen. I'm not sure what else to do.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The owner of the business DID NOT send a refund.  She did however send an email with a gift card to her store.  As I replied to her, I dont want a gift card to her store.  Her customer service has been less than desirable and Id like to be done with her business.  I have zero desire to shop from her online- whos to say I wouldnt receive my package from her again?  This is NOT how you treat an unhappy customer who never received something that was paid for.   It's ridiculous its taking this long to get a response.  

    Incredibly disappointed and trying really hard not to blast the business all over the Internet.

    Date of the transaction - January 1st 2023 Paid - $42.99 ordered a pair of jeans at $23.50 ordered graphic tee at $12.50 shipping at $7.00 I requested a return on January 9th 2023 It is now February 1st 2023 and no resolution has been given. They are rejecting my request because the items were on sale. However, I was given very misleading information from the owner about sizing on the jeans. She said the jeans are a size 16, however I wear a 16 in multiple brands and it is no wear close to a size 16. I will provide documentation of all communication. Communication has been so limited. I just want justice. I have been treated very badly. I also have another customer that has tried contacting them and I messaged her and she said communication has been bad as well. Screenshots between ****** (a customer) are also included. Messages between *** and I are also included. ***************************** is the owner of the Backroad Babe.
