I now have a problem that I didn’t even have when I contacted APL. They are terrible at following up and THEY DO NOT want to fix there mistakes. I am a very fair and patient person. That’s obvious from me allowing APL time to respond to me several times and I WAS ALWAYS following up after they did not do what they said. However, I am being screwed! I now will have to hire and pay another company to fix what they messed up. I honestly believe when the tech did maintenance on the rollers he did not put things back together right and that’s the noise I’m continuing to hear. I WILL BE REVIEWING APL ON EVERY PLATFORM I CAN FIND THEM ON AND REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARN!!!!Review from Cathy B

Wish I had seen these reviews before scheduling this company. Total misrepresentation over the phone when scheduling the service call. The serviceman took apart equipment and proceeded to extort more money (lots) out of me to repair it and put it back together. This company should be shut down and put out of business.Review from Michael F

Another "stay away." The repairman misdiagnosed a problem and promised me a $75 refund. I have called every week for the past 6 weeks and they either hang up on me or promise a call back that never comes.Review from Renee J

HORRIBLE!! I had a technician come out to repair my dishwasher. He replaced a part, told me he had to order parts & would be in touch. A week later, I had to call the company. The woman that answered the phone was very curt & told me she would have the tech get in touch with me. When he finally did, he said he 'might' be able to come out & complete the repair. 2 days later, no call, no text, no show. Text'd again-same answer, same result. 2 weeks later, my dishwasher is still pulled out & not repaired. I've called another company who assured me the tech would have the needed parts on the truck. 'Aziz' & APL can now eat any parts they ordered.Review from Ella G

Stay away from this company. A repairman man gave us the wrong diagnosis on our dryer. Had to call another company to get dryer fixed at half the price given by APL.Review from Mel K.

I have used APL Appliance Repair in the past and have never had a problem. But this last time I had a problem and have been without an oven for over three months. The technician who came to fix my oven diagnosed the problem was that the fan motor needed to be replaced. When he replaced the fan motor, he short-circuited the control board, so the oven will no longer work. Now have to replace the oven for a problem they created. I have called numerous times to talk to the owner, and he will not take or return my calls. It is easy to give good customer service when things go right. The real measure of customer service is what you do when things go wrong.
