If anyone is reading this please be aware that I am in the process of talking with an attorney and filing a class action lawsuit against this gym. I have attempted to contact the main gym and customer service with no help. They automatically sent me to collections without even reaching out to me regarding the numerous emails I sent to both corporate & the Sugar land gym. All I keep getting is “contact collections” collections have not sent me any information regarding this or showing proof. Not only that but this gym stole a months worth of personal training that I did not even use. I had a death in the family and was not able to attend due to grief. I eventually moved and sent them proof of address in the form of my bank statement and still nothing. So now I am consulting with an attorney because this is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no way I owe these people $450 when they got $150 of my money!!!Review from Debjit K

They do not cancel membership even after you inform them & they will share your contact details with a collection agency who will call/email you for money repeatedly. Do not join this gym, go to other ones around. Read reviews posted by other people about this gym’s membership scam tactics.

Each member is provided an electronic copy of their agreement within 24 hours to the email address that was placed on file with us. Our agreements outline all aspects of the terms and conditions for the services you agreed. From dues frequency, gym rules, cancellation procedures and more, Dynamic ensures you have those to review. We've additionally placed tools in place via our FAQs, client services teams and Dynamic Fitness app to ensure you have the tools and resources needed to manage your services with us. I have tired muiltple times to be released from my contract and they will not release me. I have had corona and have not been about to go to the gym. They will not release me and have charged my card outrageous amounts and I have had to block them. They won’t cancel my policy unless I pay off the contract. I am upset I will never go to this gym or tell anyone I know to go.Dynamic Fitness Response

Good Afternoon Ms. Rayson, Clearly we would have hoped for you. In review of your membership, it appears you enrolled with our gym 07/2021 with an annual agreement good through 07/2022. Our memberships include all terms valid with your membership & elaborates on cancellations and qualified cancellations. We totally respect your concerns and as a result provide options for temporary freezes, or again your ability to cancel at any time - in most cases medically related, a note from your doctor releasing you from physical activity would have helped as well. We understand life happens and have set for what we believe to be fair terms and options for our members to accomodate for those events. We do wish you all the best.
