Mr. ******(Vintage garage service )is definitely a fast talker. A friend of mine recommended Mr. ****** to repair my garage. Mr. ****** charged me $500 to replace my garage spring. Mr. ****** told me the cement on my garage was not leveled because of this, I will continue to have problems with my garage door. However, I call another company to look at my garage door because I continue to have problems after I paid Mr. ****** $500 to repair my garage. I was told by the other company Mr. ****** should have put on two springs not one on my garage door, I call Mr. ****** to share this information with him. He told me he can come out and put on the two springs but I would have to pay him additional $325.00

Please please please take these reviews very serious. Melvin started off with good talk with me around November the 1st 2003 by stating my garage repairs would be under lifetime warranty. Melvin gave me a quote for $850 in the beginning and after I turned him down the next day he called me saying I JUST WANT TO EARN YOU BUSINESS. Melvin them told me he would replace my door opener,roller,sensors,and wall mount for $400 with lifetime warranty. I called Melvin on December the 9th because my garage door was acting up. Melvin said im in route to do a job in Bay City. He said he could come after 4pm. I told Melvin I would just call someone to come check it. Melvin then said i'm already running late but im going to turn around and come back to your place. When Melvin got here he knew what was wrong. Melvin knew that he didn't tighten down my sensors that that was the issue. I ask him to tighten them down and he said he couldn't because he didn't have them mounted in the bracket like they suppose to be. I told him to do them the right way. He said he couldn't because my door has a hurricane plate. He knew the problem and corrected it in 10 seconds or less. Melvin said it would be $50 dollars for the service. I told Melvin that he told me all of his work he does for me is under lifetime warranty. He installed the sensors and then said I didn't buy them from him so its no warranty on them. Melvin sill hasn't given me a receipt from the beginning saying its on his desk. I texted him on 12/10/2023 requesting my receipt and no response yet. I just want to earn your business and lifetime warranty is only a scam from Melvin. A friend of mine and I had to help Melvin hang the new bar because he said his worker were doing another job. Wish I didn't have to leave a star
