  I went to the store to buy a pair of boots. I bought it enough to wear it four times. I start to feel a hollow spot on the left side of the sole so I returned to the store because one of the boots was defective. The lady who I talk to. It was very disrespectful. She told me that that was normal. The all the boots those that. I told her that isn't true. I have many years buying boots and never happens anything like this, just in one boot so she says she can do anything for me so I told her what are you gonna do me like this these boots are defective. She says no that's normal so she grab my boots went inside somewhere came back and says the ***** didn't took the boots back, so she going to exchange it for me, but she recommends me don't buy a boots with the leather sole because it's going to happen the same and I say it's not true. I want to buy boots with the leather sole and she repeat me I recommend you don't buy with the leather sole cause it's gonna happen the same so I ask her for my money back and she sees no I walk out of the store with my defective boots, and she very sarcastically says to me have a good day and I know in fact these boots are defective and have one year warranty on manufacture defects? By *****
