I NEVER DO REVIEWS!!!! ORDERED PANELS FROM SIG SOLAR 12-13-24; FINALLY REC'VD ALMOST 3 WKS LATER; UPON OPENING BOX, ONE PANEL WAS SHATTERED. REACHED OUT TO SIG SOLAR, HAD QUICK RESPONSE. AFTER BEING SHUFFLED TO 4 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS, WAS TOLD TO SEND PIX OF DAMAGE, REPLACEMENT PANEL WAS SENT FEW DAYS LATER, TRACKING INFO SAID ITEM WOULD BE DELIVERED 1-20-25.. SHOWED UP 1-10-25.. NO ONE HOME.. HAD TO CALL FREIGHT CARRIER & SET UP DELIVERY TIME... REC'VD REPLACEMENT PANEL 1-17-25....WHAT AN ORDEAL... 2 DIFFERENT FREIGHT CARRIERS THAT GET 2 STARS- 1ST CARRIIERS DAMAGED ITEMS-2ND CARRIER DID NOT COMMUNICATE WELL.SIG SOLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE DID THEIR JOB WELL!!! SIG SOLAR HAS SOME REALLY GOOD PRICES...Review from Dale H

I just completed a purchase of solar panels from Signature Solar and I'm 100% satisfied with the efficiency of the company and the representative that assisted me. **** ******, in General Sales, was more well informed on the specialized shipping procedure i required than any of the other companies I spoke with in my search for pannels. I live in a very dificult area to make deliveries to for large trucks, old infrastructure and not accessible for truck with trailers. Other solar companies didn't seem to understand the process of having me pickup panels at a trucking company yard. After i explained the situation to **** at Signature solar, he informed me of three diferent, nearby locations that I could have the solar panels loaded onto my pickup at. he did all this within about 45 seconds. He also followed up with me on the process all the way through the process. It worked out better for me in the long run because I saved about 20% on the price of the panels by getting them from Signature Solar than another companies that either didn't respond to my questions or didn't know that there was an alternative method of shipping available. All 20 panels were shipped in way less time than I expected, ordered them right before Christmas, not one of the panels was damaged and I'm definitely going to go directly to Signature Solar for all of my fuiture solar purchases, they are the most informed on the products they sell and they also speak very clear English so I feel confident on any assistance I may need after the sale. I'd also like to recognize RL Trucking for there ability to deliver glass solar panels half way accross the country without any damage and a special thanks to the RL forklift driver who loaded them into my pickup truck with care and ******************'s a pleasure to do business with people who have integrity as well as competency!Review from Kaileen K

I ordered more than $8,000 worth of equipment and was assured that 8 of the 10 Hyperion 400 W Bifacial Solar panels would fit two of their EG4 BrightMount Solar panel Ground Mount Racks.If I had actually received the 3'x6' sized panels as advertised it may have worked; however, I was sent 10 solar panels with a width of 45" which means only three panels will fit on each rack with 43" upon the end that I can't use as I need 45". I had crews here to work and place the panels, only to find out only 3 fit at a time; not to mention we had dug and placed conduit to the house and pulled wire the only thing left were the solar panels still within the packaging. My Inverter has only two uploads for the arrays.I call in during the week as this was a weekend while crews here etc. and it is explained to me that I can buy some extensions. To late now as I had a crew here so pulled half the other panel apart and used it. I'm in my 60's and live in the ***** getting help isn't easy. Before I ordered I had called a technician, and we had discussed this size of panels, or I would not have ordered. I will never do business with them again. D

Awesome folks to deal with! ****** ********* helped me out could have sold me the more expensive solar panels but told me the Hyperion panels is what he would recommend he has been very helpful and when checking out he gave me a coupon code as well saved me an additional $50.00
