    I am rejecting this response because:  Failure to comply with the requirements of 15 U.S. Code 1681i regarding the validation of a debt I disputed.
    On [06/27/2024], I disputed the validity of the debt associated with my account [**********]. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I requested that you validate this debt. However, I have yet to receive any response or documentation confirming the validity of the debt within the legally mandated time frame.
    As you are aware, failure to validate a disputed debt constitutes a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Therefore, I request that this unvalidated debt be removed from my credit report immediately.

    The credit union does not have any record of the said request. Please send formal requests to ************************************** and a representative will assist. If a formal request is not made in 14 days Texell will consider this case closed and resolved.

    Texell Credit added *** to my auto loan on November the 21st 2023. I went through Texell credit union to secure my auto insurance and completed the process BEFORE the deadline for *** to be added. The agent with Texell Credit united stated by email that she would get the documents over to the loan department to avoid the *** being added. She failed to send the insurance documents to the loan department with her employer. I was under the impression that she had sent them because this is what she said she would do after we completed the process, and she added the insurance payment to my account I have the all the screenshots. Upon calling into the call center i was told that the did not receive the documents until the 30th which is when i drove to the bank to drop them off because I was unaware that she failed to deliver the documents before the deadline as she promised. I requested a full refund and Texell Credit Union is refusing to honor that after they failed to submit the documents as promised by email. Now I owe 749 putting me at risk of defaulting on the loan, falling behind on payments and ruining my credit. Please listen to the calls I made to the *** department. They said the never received the documents ***** was supposed to send over. I trusted them to follow through on their customer service promise and now I am being penalized for their department not effectively communicating. I DID NOT MISS THE DEALINE TO HAVE THE DOCUMENTS COMPLETED. Their rep failed to submit my documents to the loan department as she stated in the email. Careless, not honest or transparent. If anything, Texell should process the full refund and speak with their agent on failing to complete the submission of my documents as she told me she would. The agent lied about submitting my documents causing me emotional and financial stress in during an already costly season. I will obtain a lawyer if this is not handled immediately.

    I made a transfer to my savings account in the amount of $3733.00 from my Chime checking account on 09/23/2023. On 10/04/2023, I contacted them inquiring as to why my funds haven't cleared yet. I was informed by *************************** that Texell's fraud department deemed my transfer as fraudulent activity and will never release the hold on my funds. When I asked why I'm not given the option to provide the supporting documents to verify I in fact made the transfer, I was told I could prove it every day until I'm blue in the face, but they will not be releasing my funds and to contact Chime. ***** investigated this transfer on their end, and deemed no error or fraud activity to have been made and that I needed to settle the matter with Texell. Also, my Chime and Texell accounts are linked. Once again I reached out to Texell on 10/05/2023 regarding the issue, and am still told they will not release my money. Talking to their representatives, they all seem shut off and not willing to even let me prove my transfer even with documentation. This IS in fact theft. Do not trust this bank with even a dollar. They are thieves.

    There was a direct deposit that went into my account. $5,000. It wasn't in my name. So the fraud department stepped in, I though it was a tax refund that came in late. Anyway, that account was closed. ****** has told me that they want to give me a new account number, they would send it in an email along with the access code. I have not received either the email or access code. I have spoken to them numerous times. It seems like the want to avoid getting this resolved and giving me a new account number and access code! Or, they could be lying to me!!

    In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. This account has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC ****. 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Debt collectors are not allowed to communicate with me under the 15 USC 1692C

    In the past two weeks I tried to open an account for my son at the bank I use for my business. In the two visit in attempting to open account he was told different requirements. On his last attempt it became very clear that they did not want him banking there base on his appearance . The first person did make racists comments to me and my son in Spanish I guess thinking my son did not speak Spanish. They were wrong. I have received a letter from Texell stating that I can no long engage in person for any of my banking needs. Since the bank did not reach out to me to get my side of the story When they band me access to my money that this bank does support racist attitude towards certain members

    I financed an automobile loan through Texell Credit Union. I paid the loan in full, with a zero remaining balance. I've requested my automobile title repeatedly since pay off and Texell Credit Union refuses to provide my title and remove their lien, despite no automobile finance loan owed.
