            On October 24, 2022 my mother and I had lunch at Casa Ole at the *********** in ******, *****. When the waiter brought the menu were informed that we were still in time to order from the lunch menu. My mother can't handle hot/spicy foods, so she told him to leave the pico ******** off her order. He ask if she wanted the guacamole and sour cream, as if they came with the meal. She said yes. However, when receiving the bill we were charged for the guacamole and sour cream (extra charge). He also charged us the DINNER MENU PRICES, so I called him back over to inform him of the mistake. He said he couldn't change the prices because the computer system does this. I reminded him that he told us we would get LUNCH MENU PRICES since we were there before 3 pm. He couldn't help so I asked to speak with the manager. She was very rude and arguing about it but I insisted by saying I would not pay this bill. So, with anger, she went to the back and returned having removed my mothers whole meal. However, she was very rude and condescending. So I told her she had been very rude to me several times before this and I would not be back again. She replied, "WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS.'' As we were leaving she followed us out as if we were criminals being removed. I then turned to her and asked her name. She said her name, then she proceeded to say, " YOU NEED TO LEAVE. YOU'RE NOT WELCOME HERE!" To which I replied, "screw yourself."I would like a response to this complaint.

            Received unsatisfactory food items on numerous occasions on numerous occasions causing food poisoning, food allergies, retaliatory feedback from employees, staff members, Management. Requested on numerous occasions to assist regarding the food items. Please provide me with the update regarding this matter. I opt out of the sharing of my personal information as Ive received threats
