    10/22 **************** went to the Mazda Dealership to get her a car. On last visit as we were getting ready to leave a 2015 DODGE TR JOURNEY with the **** ***************** came on to the lot. The finance manager assured us it would be perfect, that the cracked windshield would be replaced and there were no problems with the car. When we signed the paperwork for the car, we were given Car Fax showing it had 3 previous owners, had been in one accident. They gave us a 3 month extended warranty on it, free oil changes and tire rotations as long as ************ owns the car, lowered the payments by $30.00 & gap payment insurance. No ************************* sales inspection was done. Since purchasing that car ************ has had it in her possession for roughly 12 days; it has either been at Mazda or Dodge. It was brought in for the windshield (4 days) ************* change filters replacement, tire rods not a recall that is maintenance 7 days) Vehicle has stalled, died twice since purchase, seconded time left ***************** daughter stranded on highway had to call tow truck to bring vehicle,Mazda would not. Mazda had tow truck take vehicle to dodge for repairs, vehicle is still there. Vehicle has been there since 11/10/22. Repairs were supposed to be made by 12/10/22; car still there/no updates. Cannot get a straight answer out of anyone working at Mazda they tell us ************ has a loaner ************** are covering cost of this repair so they do not see what the issue is. It appears they are stalling & running down the warranty clock, we are constantly having to call them for an update, we still have not received the 160 safety inspection, 3 soon to be 4 payments have bee made on a vehicle now. No one returns calls in a timely manner. It requires at least 2 phone calls and the promise of bad publicity before someone will return a call with the same status update as the one we got the last time we spoke with someone that worked there.

    If Mazada is going to buy the vehicle back they are going to get the total balance due from Santander and pay off the entire balance that is owed. We will not pay for a vehicle that we no longer owed and still have to try and buy her another car onto of that. They are not going to half way fix the mess.
