We decided to get a new truck and they had one. So went in and talked to them. They ran credit etc - gave no breaks or discounts and wanted high monthly payments. Then we found another dealership willing to work with us and give us deals etc and lower payments. So decided to go through said dealership. Made arrangements to pickup truck etc. Then I got call from new dealership and they asked if we had been looking at others bc we got reflagged. Come to find out - when Orr found out about us going through another dealership, they ran our credit 11 times!! They did this to personally sabotage us so we couldn't go through the other dealership. Without our permission! When I called them out on it they just said well we can get you in one here. So now my credit score is jacked up and I have no vehicle.Review from Rod N

Took my sons 2009 traverse in for water pump to be replaced at 26000 miles no other problems with the car when dropped off other than a few recalls then informed from dealership that the struts were locked up it didn’t have this problem when dropped off they wanted to charge another 1100$’s to replace struts told them no and when we picked it up it bounced all the way down the road when it drove like a new car when dropped off. Maintenance department guy said he drove it after the flatbed wrecker dropped it off and they were locked up and that’s bull cause I rode in and have driven the car before it went there. His talking to me is it was already like that and offered to drop 50$ off it being fixed *** ****** ***** **** I do not recommend anyone getting their vehicle even the oil changed there cause No telling what will be wrong after you get it back . The car has started driving down the road fine again but I still wonder why the cover was removed from above the strut towers while it was there cause you can see where the cowling was removed and put back on nothing to do with water pumpReview from Nicholas S

They are posting on Facebook that they can get in anyone in a car no matter what credit rate that you just need a paycheck and they will help anyone and everyone out. I spent 2 hour drive time and waist of gas to just be treated unfairly by this dealership and was told that they wish they could help but they just sell cars. They are also giving out vouchers to certain people to get into a new ride but when I got there they never scanned the voucher nor got the gentleman I was suppose to be meeting there. They told me the wrong credit score and had an attititude and didn't want to help me out at all. I'm not the only one they have done this too. I have screenshots of say conversations as well and the advertisement
