I ordered these books that was supposed to be $1 for six books but was charged $66 for information I have to download and print. I have been trying to get my money back but I haven't received any response from anyone.Review from Sandra J

This company scammed me they ***** my money. They should be put out of business. I never received my refund from them. I'm a poor senior citizen who thought I was getting a good deal. They tell you one price then you get charged a way higher price after they've charged you. They really hurt me.Review from Christie W

Misleading advertising and unethical use of credit card information. Thought I was spending tops $11 but got hit for $157 on 8/5/2023 I reached out by email since I could not find a phone number and they responded on 8/7/2023 saying they would refund the charges and I should expect to see it in 10-15 days. It is now 8/30/2023 and they are no longer responding to me. I disputed the charge today with the bank and the investigation supposedly takes 45-90 days. So hard to trust anything. I couldn't even get a final receipt to present for the dispute because of all the popups. I only have the email saying they would refund it.Review from Marla C

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On 09/17/2023 I decided to get the $1.00 download........ I was charged for 7 different items for a total of $281.00!!!!! I have tried to email them (which is a total waste of time) with no response, the only email I received from them was stating that there was snag in the order and to update my email address. They had already taken all of the money out of my account and that was within seconds after I clicked on the download button. I am now getting with my Credit Union to see if they can get any action from them! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *****BBB needs to have a minus star rating!*****Review from Marina P

I hate leaving even one star! I too logged in for the $1 book offer, rejecting all other offers. However, by the time I “checked out” I was charged over $300. The check out process is misleading, to say the least. There is no option to review — you hit next, it’s done and you’ve been charged way more than you wished to purchase.Review from Cheryl K

This is a TOTAL SCAM. I ordered 6 books for $1.00. Then added a 2nd book for $1.00 and a 3rd for $3.00. Total $5.00. After I gave my debit card info. I saw that they were digital books. I opted out. Then I received a message that they would eMail a receipt and download options. The receipt that I received was for $93.00 not $5.00 and no downloads. I returned a messaage telling them to cancel, but have not heard back from them. There is no other way to contact them. They don't list a phone #. I googled the phone # and this is what came up 1-800-one number, 1-800-433. Doesn't make sense. I will be contacting my bank and hopefully i will be reimbursed.Review from Debra M

The $1 deal is totally a scam! I was charged for 5 different items for a total of $ 275 which I did not order!! Terms say they don't refund digital orders. 3 of these are physical books. So why are they not reimbursing me?? Very frustrating!!Review from Barbara S.

On July 12, 2023, I placed an order for yarn books. Said they were $1 for 6 plus $10.00 S&H. After I filled in the info, I saw they were digital which I don't want. It didn't say digital before that or I would not have filled out my personal info. I looked at my bank statement online 5 days ago and showed that on July 12th, they took out $98.00 and $39.00. I don't know how to contact them. Now I can't pay all of my bills. How do I try to get my money reimbursed? THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!
