My items were picked up for moving from Mt. Juliet, TN to Pueblo, CO on June 23, 2022. The first available date to deliver was July 7th, 2022. The delivery was finally made on September 5, 2022. The contract stipulated if the carrier was more than 30 business days past the first delivery date, we would receive a refund of $20.00 for everyday past. Every time we ask about the paperwork needed to initiate the refund; we are assured it is coming soon. We have yet to receive the paperwork and have been asking since September 5, 2022.

The date of these trans actions are as occurred. Starting on March 16th 2021 I started looking for a moving company, TOP COUNTRY MOVERS contacted me, with a quote $1487 to start and a final quote on count of my things on moving day, and I went with them, smooth talker Connor offered discounts and top care of my items, $12,290.12 later my things have not been all given back to me or delivered. I have emailed, called and even sent messages to the delivery guy who brought most of my things but not all. But I don't get responses from the emails of the phone messages. Jessica who on occasion answers the phone blows you off with the BS that she has to talk to he warehouse manager but I never hear from them again. At one point I called once a week to get to someone but to no avail. Then I got a text message about filing a claim for my things, that was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything still. This place is a scam, they will break your things but demand payment before they release them. Horrible company, bad communication, hidden fees, because I was not told how much it would be for them to hold my things until I moved, which also caused the price to sky rocket. They got all of their money but I still don't have of my things that I entrusted to them, and not compensation has been offered. As of today still have not heard from the claims company about my case. I have pictures of my damaged items and a list of still missing things. Tried to charge me for the stairs that led to my new apartment but the guy who picked up my things (lucky for me) didn't complete that form, and I have all of the documentation from the initial pick up. Don't trust these people, you won't get your stuff back right and they will charge you fees that they will inform you about later. Scam artist for sure.

When we received our items from Triple Crown Moving and Storage on July 21, 2022, we were informed by the delivery van driver that our La-Z Boy leather loveseat with center console had been left off of the load and "would be delivered later." As of today (August 11, 2022) there has been no resolution on when the delivery might occur. In addition to the loveseat, numerous other items are missing form the move: a bicycle (boxed for a move), a large framed photograph (boxed in a flat-screen TV box), a fire safety/deposit box, a step ladder, a TV table, and approximately 10 boxes containing clothing, furnishing, and household items. In addition, we received a brand new Cuisinart mixer that is not ours; we have requested a return shipment label for this from Triple Crown, but have not received the label. We would like to get our items back as soon as possible (ideally within a month). Finally, a number of our received items were damaged by the move, including an antique wooden and upholstered dining chair, an under-desk storage cart and a desk slide-out keyboard tray.

I have worked with Triple Crown and Moving Stoarge LLC to conduct a move from San Antonio TX to Baton rouge LA on 30th June 2022. The company didn't provide me with an estimated timeline, while told me verbally that usually, it will take 7-14 days to deliver the items. Now after 21 business days( 1 Month ) I have not received any of my belongings from these movers, No one is picking up the call nor responding to my emails. No one ever contacts me with the status update with this move. Only the Broker (**********************************) who engaged this company for the move gave me false information and every day they have something new to say. I believe this is a fraud case of violating the contract by not providing the items within 21 business days. No one even cares to provide an update. I have no clue if I ever will receive my belongings from this mover. Requesting BBB's help to solicit this matter and help me to get back my stuff as soon as possible, Thank you! Please note: I didn't include this mover, ********************************** is the broker company I worked with and they involved this mover for the move. When I asked for an explanation from ****** transport they told me to work with Triple Crown LLC which is not responding to email/text/calls at all. I am attaching both companies' documents herewith for your kind perusal. Thank you!

Hi, I hired a mover and it turned out they were just a broker for Triple Crown Moving or Triple Crown Movers (I think they are using the name of a legitimate business to avoid people finding them). They got to my home and I had all kinds of issues so I wouldn't pay fully. I tried and tried to reach them but had a lot issues. I finally did get a call from Vilma and she told me the total amount and I agreed to send a cashiers check n(just to get this over with). I got the cashiers check and texted Vilma a photo of the front and back. That was 5 days ago and now they won't return calls or texts. I literally have what was in my trunk and that's it - they have everything of mine. Everything. I am not sure why they won't return calls or texts. I don't know what to do to get my belongings?

Triple Crown was the contractor that moved my household items from TN to GA. The contract was to deliver my goods within 14 days at the maximum (going distance of 638 miles and they told me a week). They picked up on 5/22 and did not deliver until 6/10. There were also upcharges that made my estimate grow over a third in size. My items arrived damaged. I attempted to file a claim but they no longer have a website (myprofessionalmover.com). The middle man, All Coast Moving Group, who sold me the job and estimated it low-ball and then blatantly would put me on hold and then hang up on me each time I called for status updates, indicate they cannot be pursued for claims. So Triple Crown (and All Coast) are in breach of contract, they delivered my goods damaged and irreparable, and they refuse to make me whole and make right. I have filed a complaint with the FMCSA as well today. I would like damages paid for my damaged items (approx, $1K). I would love reimbursement for items I had to buy (approximately $500) while I waited on delivery that went past its due date. I would like approximately $1500 reimbursement - will need to dig up receipts for my hutch, cat stand and broken serving platter and my shop vac which was missing.

I hired a broker to move my belongings. Homesafe Transit, DOT#XXXXXXX, MC# XXXXXXX. I paid Homesafe Transit $1,134. They hired Triple Crown Storage and Moving DOT#XXXXXXX, MC# XXXXXX. Triple Crown picked up my belongings on 02/22/22, I paid them $600.00. The delivery date was supposed to be 03/05. I called Homesafe Transit on 03/03 through 03/08 to get an update on the delivery since i had not received my belongings. Each day I was advised they could not reach the carrier and I would receive a call back. I did not receive any calls back. On 03/04 I called the carrier Triple Crown direct and asked for an update. I was advised that my belongings would be on their way on Friday 03/11. This was the last date that myself or the broker has heard from the carrier. They no longer answer their phone, and the broker is not offering any help. I still do not have my belongings, and it will be 30 business days since they picked them on 4/4. I would just like to receive my belongings. I am sitting in an empty apartment with a 14year old.
