This review pertains to Brookshires **************** ONLY, and the Loyalty Customer program. IF your Loyalty Customers are SO important, then WHY dont you give us the coupon price automatically? But no, you require your loyalty customers to clip coupons off of a neanderthal website. I simply DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CLIP COUPONS! I am waaayyy too busy!! If u insist on torturing your good customers with clipping coupons, then revise your website so that ALL coupons can be clipped st once! I find myself shopping at ******* in ****** (which I do not like) more frequently because I do not have to clip coupons to get a decent price......and when I have called corporate in the past, they refer me to the local store. While the local Brookshires store has been helpful, they have no control over corporate, and no authority to change coupons or corporate website/procedures. ***, i have YET to receive a call from someone at Brookshires corporate regarding my complaints. Corporate gets paid the big bucks, so they do NOT care! In closing, i will say that with the exception of a couple workers, all Brookshires enployees are polite and helpful. I have the worst customer service experience in my life dealing with Brookshire Grocery Company. They are unwilling to properly address and resolve a matter I have complied with all of their requests. I have talked with their retirement plan administrators and, even filed complaints with the Head of Legal about my specific complaint. The Head of Legal has decided to disregard my concerns and refuses to answer calls. Her responses to emails do not address my issue. Their email system doesn't allow you to contact the CEO or Board of Directors to inform them of systemic maltreatment from their management team. I find the treatment given me by Brookshire Grocery Company to be dismissive, accusatory and demeaning. I would love to talk to anyone in Brookshires management that would care to at least hear my concerns.Review from Tammy M

Cashier gave me for a Brookshires#** BGC 1 Gallon, Qty 2, sugar free tea, for $2.50. Manager Signature. Ever time I go in alway SHOP FOR TEA among other products. Each time they say if dont have I can still use my Yellow Brookshires Rain Check YOU DIDNT FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED, or they tell me just present it again, This store needs to have all manger fired especially Cooler Manger over tea. I was told at Lane 8 their manager said no at 07/25:2024 16:54. The cashier called the manager on phone because she just left. Brookshires dont HORON SIGN DOCUMENTS, Brookshires Keep Things instock, Brookshires doesnt order properly. Rain Check for June 12, 2024. I live not evern mile away. I was coming into Brookshires #**. They made sure Im not valuable and they dont need my currency or EBT DCFS funds. Information was forwarded to the State also.Review from Lady J

I few weeks ago we used Brookshire's to send 1000 ********************** They charged us ***** Dollars. Later we had to send money again and used another local store which charged us 8.00 Dollars. I called Brookshires and they said they charge whatever the computer tells them to charge. Even when I called ************* they gave me a different cost. I don't know what is the truth but it was wrong. Be aware.Brookshire Grocery Company Response

BGC has contacted ************* to verify the fees charged to our customer at the ******************** location in *****, *****. Fees vary based on the different contractual agreements and locations where funds are being sent. BGC does not determine those charges. Given the significance of the fee variance, ************* is looking into the transaction details and will contact the customer to address their concerns. ********************** has asked that ************* provide any fee difference as a courtesy to our customer. Brookshires in ******** ***** is inadequate in alot of things. Today i went in carrying my sons foldable diaper bag and two items i purchased a couple weeks back in the same hand. I went to the aisle i purchased them on to see if they had any like the items that had been recalled. They didnt so i went to the service desk to have them refunded as i was told i could do the week prior but hadn't made it because my son was ill. I was accused of stealing and defamated to the point i was embarrassed in front of other customers and i will npt be purchasing anything from there again. They also kept the items we had in fact paid almost 50 dollars for so thats theft of services on them and im not too happy this particular brookshires is a joke and makes the brookshires family look bad. I was in the grocery retail business for 20 years I was a bad boy for one year in **** and a produce personnel for two years and thats a high school high became a apprentice butcher for ******************* in **** after graduation I worked for ******************* for 17 years so I know the grocery business my father was also a business owner but he died in **** so its in my blood at the leaving ******************* and **** I pursued a one year painting adventure after that guy in **** *********************************************** IBC corporation which was a national company I went bankrupt in 2008 a company that was in operation for 125 years and actually was the start of the ******* that being said in 2008 I married again and was in business with my second wife in a pet grooming shop ****** at ********* that I hoped her grow to $250,000 a year after that venture and that relationship I went on to work with someone in the fire and safety in the streets and after seven years store in my own business three years ago in April 2019 since then I have enjoyed the experience of having mount business and managing my own time when ***** is done long and Ill area so Ive experienced with my experience have been shopping super one for quite a few years now Ive enjoyed the managers and the experiences for many years in ******************** I am a regular there or was a regular there for 5 to 7 times a week but because Im busy with my business now its gone down to 3 to 4 times a week I have experienced many of changes and the ********** location remember I was in the industry for 17 years and Ive been living in ********** for 55 of the 58 years Ive been on this planet most of my experiences and this store have been excellent ********************************* in work for ******************* and his family years ago his daddy was a very good man and I miss his dad. His relatives also work for ******************* and yall are only lucky that you guys have had the privilege of hiring such a high quality of people as the BoudreaBrookshire Grocery Company Response
