Poor customer service. Call several times on different days and most days they didnt return my calls.Kept giving me the run around about my car. My car was put on machine to determine the problem. I was told it was the wiring. After replacing wiring the first day. My car still had same problem. The *** light is still on. I was told they couldnt figure out the problem. On Thursday July 24th his top man was going to look at it. Friday afternoon my husband was told it was the electronic brake module. He was told the part is hard to find and I could drive my car with light on . My husband works for *** auto parts. The part is on back order sense September 2022. I received my car back after paying $804.23. Why didnt the scope pickup that the braking module was bad and why didnt the service consultant know this. I paid $850 for labor and I still have the same problem. ****************** said my car was old ( 2016 Cadillac SRX ***** miles). And these things give false readings. He said there was an issue with wiring, but after they took so long to figure out the problem. He said they could not not figure it out and his expert was coming in on Friday July 28th. Why didnt the scope determine that and I would have only paid $190 for text. Because I feel wiring wasnt necessary because I still have same problem. I feel like I was taken advantage of. They couldnt repair my car because part is hard to find. On July 31 ***** I received my car ***************** said my car give false readings. Its old he could get the part in tomorrow are next month. His story changed to he could get the part when he told my husband good luck with finding part. They didnt have my best interest at heart. Labor was run up bring in different people to try and figure out the problem. In the end I got my car back the same way I bought it in for service. And I am out $804.23 , he gave me $129.00 discount. Only $96 less than the original quote. ***********************
