            The date of transaction was September 14th 2023 through Zelle. It was a $500 payment for a venue. I booked the venue from **** and was told I could pay additional for any animals. I also let the owner know I would have 50 people there when we first spoke and she said great the capacity is 60. I asked for a contract multiple times and never received one. On November 14th, I asked her how she would like to be paid for the animals and she tried to change the booking time to 1-4 which was not what I had paid for and I showed her the screenshot of that, she then said I could not have the animals I originally asked for and I was understanding but again changing the booking time and then not providing me the animals I was originally promised I wanted a full refund due to having to reschedule everyone who came into town etc and find a new venue. The owner then proceeded to block me on instagram- and try to post the venue space for rent. The owner was extremely rude to me, after posting a review on ******** that did not slander or say anything harmful, they commented on the post and posted my cell phone number without my permission to a public website, they also accused me of making bomb threats which never occurred. I asked them to stop calling me and the lawyers would handle it but they continued to call and harass me.
