Purchased a firearm, advertised to come with 6 mags, G4G only shipped 5. I accepted the firearm, thought G4G would ship the 6th mag, they would not honor their advertisement.

Review: You need to spend a few minutes reading my review of (G4G) ***********. I have found very few gun dealers who "truly" have the customer's best interest at heart. ******************** went far beyond the norm taking care of me, when I ran into a real snag with a *************, ** gun store, please let me share my experience and you be the judge. I made the initial mistake by ordering a target pistol from from (G4G) and having it shipped to *************, **, problem being, my residence is in Tennessee, however I am temporarily living in *************. I tried to pick the pistol up and was refused becasue of my Tennessee residency.The ************* gun dealer wanted $55.00 handling charges and an additional $35.00 to ship to a Tennessee dealer. Not knowing what to do, I called ******* at (G4G) and that same day, within one hour he had solved the problem that I thought was not going to be solved. ******* issued a pre-paid shipping label and immediately E-Mailed to the ************* gun dealer.The gun shipped back to ******* and he turned around and re-shipped to a Tennessee gun dealer, where I would have no problems picking it up. By handling the dealer this way, I saved $90.00 on all the excess the ************* dealer was going to hit me with. ******* charged me NOTHING for the pre-paid label to ship the gun back to him, he then charged me NOTHING to ship the gun out to a ******** dealer to rescuse me from an expensive mess. I ask you this, HOW MANY GUN DEALERS WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER LIKE THIS? Well ********************** did without missing one step. If it's not enough to have the lowest prices on the Internet, ******* provides customer service like I have never experienced before with any gun dealer. If you have not experienced this level of customer service, you need to purchase some guns from (G4G), experience exceptional prices, extraordinary customer service, lightning response times and just a great attitude from this family owned business!*********************

I bought a canic elite combat from G4G guns. I remember asking them a question and they never got back. But I did get the firearm quick and painless. I've been looking for another gun and found it on g4g guns for the lowest price, bought it about a week ago and it's already at my FFL. Hoping this purchase will be as good as the last one.

Outstanding customer service, friendly professional, open and honest about shipping times. Quick and painless FFL transaction. They reached out to my FFL because his license on file had expired before even reaching out to me. You don't see customer service like them anymore. Very pleased with everything especially the price.
