    I have been dealing with this gap refund issues since 9/2024. I was told by ******* with Nissan the refund would be approx $500, the gap insurance has been canceled by me because Nissan never did it. I called to follow up and the gap company told me they notified them on 12/24 by **** when I called they told me they havent received anything. They said they would look into and forward my information and still no return or email or call back. This has been never ending I just would like my refund that is due.

    I was sold a vehicle where the vin did not match the color or the mileage. I tried reaching out to bravo Nissan in ***********, but they said they have no record of my vehicle in there files. I documents to prove my statement. The car that was to me was red not silver and had ***** miles not *****

    After reviewing all the documents on the claim here are the documents like the original window sticker, the carfax report and the *** report showing the color and the mileage. I have went through and reviewed the entire file. Nothing seems to be suspicious with the entire purchase of the vehicle for **************************************************..

    I purchased a 2023 Nissan Versa from thus dealership back in June 2023 in ******** *****, the supposed brand new car cane with serious issues despite it only having "150" miles on it. The car was cleaned up real nice but at some point in time it made contact with high water, the ac smelled like an aquarium, stinky water smell, changed out the cabin filter (old one was moldy on a new car?) Smell got better over time, transmission has issues, can hear the belts inside of it, it struggles they sound like they are in distress of some kind, go over road humps or speed bumps and sometimes the car will hit 5k rpms and not be moving much at all like ***** mph, transmission feels like it has constant resistance against it, almost like when you down shift a 5 speed manual car while going to fast, the engine makes a funny high pitched sound, it feels like it has a slight misfire, engine shakes hard when ac comes on at all, can feel it in the floor board and the steering wheel, can hear it rattling around, regret over coming to this dealership, I took the car back to them numerous times from the 2nd day I've owned it (only cause dealership closed after sale or I'd have brought it back the night of purchase) almost every other day for weeks trying tinget them to fix the issue, instead they treated me like i was crazy and it was all on my head (I've driven now 3 other versas same make and model they do not run like this one does) they also didn't sign me in for 90% of the times I showed up there about issues so it looked like I no showed until I said something to ***** and then they started making sure I got signed in. i am looking for either a full vehicle swap or an engine and transmission replacement and an apology from the owner of this car lot personally whom I've also reached out to before on this matter.

    This incident started on February 8th-10th I was sexually harassed by ************************* Car dealership GM was notified LOAB "DOC" ***** A new salesman was assigned February 9th They finalized the car deal and made it seem like they were going to bring the car the very next day which they did not. When they brought the vehicle on February 10th they asked for more money down beforehand which I agreed to. So In total I gave them $3000 + 2 hours driving back and forth to get a car I never received until 2 days after. The falsified documents and had me LIE to the credit bank fiance saying I signed my paperwork at the car dealership which I did not! on the night of February 24th my car was repossessed and I was not notified of this matter no one reached out to me. The store GM texted me once that day about my work contract which I did not provide because I was busy with my grandmother who is dying of cancer. They would not work with me nor will they give me my money back the $3000 I paid to them 2 weeks ago. I have video footage handing them the money and signing paperwork via camera on my family members house. *** reached out numerous times with no response in regards to my money. They have photos of the car and the car is in their possession but will not give me my money. Also they are trying to take fees out of my down payment when I knew nothing about this or them even wanting the vehicle back I would not harbor a vehicle.
