    September of 2020 Our church, *************************************** became aware of unfinished leveling work done on our church by Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair, LLC. It was discovered by another we hired to do our exterior and interior ********* work, Deltav Innovative Builders. Due to the certain areas not being done, caused *************************** not to be able to complete their job. We bought this matter to Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair attention and asked for before and after photos which was never provided to us. They came out and nothing was resolved about the issue at hand. We have been communicating with them about this issue for over a year and half. The *********** company, Deltav Innovative Builders, went under our church while we where present and provide us with pictures of the job the Leveling company done. We are very disappointed with what we seen on the photos. We are seeking for Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair, LLC to repair and complete the job we paid them for or we would like to a refund for the full cost of service in the amount of $19,000. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding this matter.

    My complaint is when the workers were digging around the foundation the chipped pieces of my siding off. (See pictures enclosed) I didnt see the damages until the end of February 2022 because they had pulled the dirt up around the foundation and concealed the damage. After the freeze in late February of 2022 the ice melting off the roof the roof settled the dirt enough around the foundation to see the damage. I called to complain and texted pictures. Owner ********************* said he had a solution but after 9 attempts to meet ************ & 1 visit to his office I have yet to hear his solution.

    Hello, this is ********************* the owner. I believe the client and I are both wanting to complete the same thing. We have a solution but there seems to be something I must be doing wrong to meet up with the client. Ive stopped by a three times and seem to never be able to catch the client at home. The back gate is locked and no one seems to answer the front door so I leave business cards and take photos of them on the Jeep (twice) and the front door once. Today we are sending another attempt to contact the client. Maybe we have an incorrect number is all I can assume at this point.

    We have sent 3 requests for a signature approval on our most recent offer to add trim in the areas where foundation repair was performed. This was verbally approved but we need a signature to move forward since this home owner has taken this route. I have attached this document. I have also attached the ORIGINAL document signed by the homeowner. Please see page 2, section 5, that states that cosmetic damage may occur and we are not responsible.

    The matter has not been resolved. I did agree to the resolution but they have not fixed the problem.

    The company just sent me a contract to sign.

    The company has not done any repairs, nor have they sent a contractor to discuss the problem.
