            Date of Transaction: February 14th I purchased a bearded dragon from ************************* and returned it within his return policy timeline. He decided out of nowhere to enforce a no refund policy and only offered me a partial refund of $100 on a $225 bearded dragon lizard. Defamation (05/21/2024) - ************** is posting negative Yelp reviews on his business social media page and bullying customers when they state their honest opinions about his business. He makes up rules and only enforces them with certain customers. He makes customers feel uncomfortable. He will bully you into buying merchandise. Standard of ****** (5/21/2024) - The enclosures are way too small for the size of animals they are housing. There is not adequate heating or lighting. I believe animals are being imported and shipped illegally per the Lacey **** He has no legality or rights for providing a no refund rule. He just pulled it out of nowhere and enforces it with certain customers and only when he feels like it. Transaction (05/14/2024) - I purchased a $500 super fire male ball python from *****. I told him I wanted to return it so I could purchase a bigger, more expensive snake from him. He declined and then went onto the internet to slander me. He stated he loved the snake, but wouldnt give the full story - implying I was not taking care of it and slandering my name and character. I want a full refund of $725.
