We gave 5 stars because ****** **** has done the most thorough roofing job we have ever had on our home and we have been here 40+ years. We brought concerns to the table about some things we knew had never been fixed and he told us of other things that desperately needed addressing. Bottom line is ****** **** wanted to make sure our roof was 100% sound. Like I said, we have never had a roofer so thorough. Therefore, we got a new roof without any shortcuts. That's a really good feeling. We want to say thanks to the whole team. They and the supplies arrived on time and all in order. The workers set about their business and didn't stop until the cleanup crew had walked around our home several times to get every shred of debris. It was a hard 10 hour day for them but the finished roof looks wonderful. Thank you all so very, very much.Review from Tom F

I met with several roofing companies and I decided to hire **** because the person I met with discussed what I needed & expected, measured, immediately provided a bid for replacing my roof with class 4 impact resistant shingles, and explained everything on it. He was very professional & thorough. During the whole roofing project he was the only contact I had or needed. The roofing crew showed up as promised. They put yard coverings around the house to catch debris, removed the old shingles, installed the new shingles, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving on the 1st day. The next day the screen crew came to replace the old damaged screens with new screens. The next day the gutter crew came to replace the old damaged ******************** with new ********************, which completed the project. We are very happy with the results and glad that this was the company we chose to replace our house storm damage.Review from Michael H

**** was exceptional to work with. Extremely responsive to our request for a quote which was competitive, completed the work as agreed and took the liberty of repairing a couple of small issues at no additional cost. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the job, especially the clean up . A representative was onsight to ensure the job was completed as per initial discussion. Great Team. Love there work. *************************** not only visited my house to give a roof quote, but went over every inch of my roof and explained my situation. Above all did the work on time and cleaned up after making sure I was happy with the work before he left. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY.They are all crooks. They are only interested in insurance claims. They came and saw the damage and said they would get me an estimate the next day. Never heard back from them and when I called the person on the phone said someone will call you back today, but guess what, no calls or emails. They must me working on a "big" insurance claim where they are ripping the insurance company.I am just not saying this, but I am also in the service business, and when a company wants your business and only come's to see if it can be a insurance claim, and it isn't than get go ****, never hear from them again.They should at least let me know that this is to small a job and we will not able to repair your roof but I can give you several companies that might do it, that's customer service.There are some good reviews, but that is expected, but see the bad reviews and you will read that customers also had this experience after they did the whole roof which was an insurance claim and under warranty, they took the money and went to the next insurance claim.One last thing, look at different website's for reviews and you will notice that they were insurance claims.

Vera Roofing and Construction exceeded all expectations I had when I made the initial phone call after discovering a hole in my roof. He was professional and knowledgeable and met with my insurance adjuster to advocate for the best repairs. Thoughtful and professional. Helped walk us through the process of repairs due to hail damage and worked closely with our insurance company to make sure nothing was overlooked. We would recommend without reservation.
