  Clinic address is: ********************************** Clinic, ***************************************************************************************************************. *****.ph. no. ************. Treatment for male issues, started approximately August 2022 , maybe.?? Had few sessions, but I complained that it was not producing any results at all! I kept complaining so the clinic made it impossible for me to attend anymore sessions by re-scheduling my appointments to working week days for me, instead of Saturdays like we agreed. My work times were and still are from *****hrs. a day! I live in *******, Tx., worked from Temple,Tx.had to return back to my car and drive to ******, Tx. for my sessions! IMPOSSIBLE!! because I spend all my work time on the road. I drive for a living! I was missing work, juggling my time,asking for days off etc., etc. They would not work with me!! Then,when I could get a day off, they would call and cancel my appointments! Asking me to call back and reschedule! Trying to talk to a person regarding my sessions and where do we go next? They said, perhaps I needed more treatments, but when? Please do not waste your time or MONEY it is all a scam!!! Kept calling for a refund, NO RESPONSE!!! Left messages, typed letters etc.,etc. NO Reponse to this date! Guess they went out of business! There phone quit working too! NOT worth the money or effort! Now I am stuck with owing a lot of money for nothing! SO disappointed and angry!!! This is WRONG and deceiving they have no regard for people and what they do to them!!! This entity needs to be stopped!!!

  After seeing their commercial on TV several times and knowing I had a male problem I called them on April 24, 2023 and spoke with a rep named ******* who said their acoustic wave therapy could help my problem and for the sum of $5000,00 they would set me upwith 6 therapy appointments and then after 3 months I could have 6 more treatments if needed for no extra cost. they set me up with 6 appointments on 4/27, 5/2, 5/5, 5/9, 5/12 and 5/16 .I got the 1st three then was cacelled for the next 2 and told to reschedule. they kept the one on 5/16. then they rescheduled and on each day of the therapy they woul text and cancel. when I would call to reschedule I was told there was no staff to do the therapy the last time this happened was 6/1 and when I tried to call all I get is some very irratateing music and a computer generated message saying "there is no one to take your call, call back later" which I have done every day except Sat and Sun. Since they are not taking phone calls or a least not taking my phone calls I suspect they have either gone out of business or something, I don't know what. They have a mother company named Wasatch mens medical clinic in ******* **** who per some of their reviews are doing this same thing in all parts of our country, maybe something the *** needs to look into. I have also tried calling them and emailing them and get to no answer on their phone lines or responses from the emails. if they are not going to finish the therapy then they should a least refund most of the money I paid.
