    Arrowhead Roofing & Siding **** **** Blvd. ******** ****** TX XXXXX I hired Arrowhead Roofing to put on a roof, all new windows, and siding on our house. I am 74 years old and my husband is 83 years old. We did not climb up on the roof to check everything and it looked great from the ground. We paid approximately $30,000 dollars cash with part of the money coming from the insurance company. Four weeks ago, I asked a neighbor to get on the carport and sweep off any dead leaves. When he came down, he asked, "When will they finish your house'" He took my phone up on the roof and took pictures which I am attaching to this email. Brandon was my salesman and I sent the pictures to him explaining that this was not acceptable. To make it easier to understand from the pictures, my house used to be green and before that, it was white wood. As you can see from the pictures, they did not cover the old siding and in the corner, you can see the white wood which was put on there in the 1950s when the house was built. I reported this to Brandon and sent him the pictures. I also reported that they never came back to put the gutter on the back of the house, which he priced as $300.00 and has not been paid for. Brandon called me back quickly and said, "This is not a big deal." I replied that it is a big deal to me and I am going in on June 22 for major surgery and want some closure on this before I go. He said I needed to "mark" the pictures up so he could see my complaint and I told him I have no idea how to do this and believe the pictures tell the story. I have had no other communication from him or anyone else from arrowhead Roofing. (please see attached)

We will be coming to your house this week to resolve the matter. The "No big Deal" comment was more directed to us as the job will only take 15 minutes to complete. We gave you a estimate for gutters and you said to wait. As per our conversation today we will now be getting your gutters scheduled. Once again please accept our apology. 100% customer satisfaction is always our goal.
