We stayed at a Hill Country Premier Lodging Hcpl in one of there little cabins. They stated you may smoke outside just no smoking inside. We did smoke outside and BBQ outside both days we were there. We leave even get a good review from them. About 1 hour later they send a reimbursement for smoking fees for 500. We did not smoke inside at all but they insist we did. It was a lie with no evidence that we broke any rules.

On May 23, 2024 I booked a weekend getaway at Hill Country Premier Lodging for 6/7-9 to celebrate my husbands birthday. On 6/3 we received a phone call that my father in law passed suddenly and unexpectedly. After securing travel arrangements (we live in ** and family is in **) I called this resort to try to cancel. I explained the situation and was told by their staff that I could either have a friend/family go in my place or they will re-list but if not booked we would be out the money. I inquired on changing the dates to another weekend, but was told that wasnt an option. 2 days later (6/5) we have found a friend who will go in our place. I contacted the resort to let them know a friend will be going in our place but was told that the supervisor had denied the change and there was nothing further they would do to assist us or refund us prior to them disconnecting the call. The house/ cottage has been delisted on their site. So now they have our funds from booking and potentially a second booking. They were extremely unsympathetic and the supervisor refused to get on the phone to explain why they were denying my request to have a friend go in our place. This seems unethical and an unprofessional manner in which to run a business.

Currently staying here 2 nights 3/10/24 to 3/12/24 We found dirty sheets on both beds covered in hair and Pubic hair. Child was sleeping in it when I discovered it. I have many pictures. Very dirty and thick dust everywhere. We picked this house for the hot tub. We had a cold hot tub that no, did not just get warmer by waiting like they said; Random person drop-in without prior notice- our 6 year old was alone in the room and a person entered the property without prior notice. The management company did not care, and wrote condescending and passive aggressive text messages to us saying sorry that they did not consider that dirty after seeing pictures of at about 20 different pieces of hair and pubic hair on the sheets.

I stayed at I was gaslit and lied to by ********* stating trash bags were on the property. Yet they are not. She also asked me to perform experiments with the water and to run it for ***** minutes which is completely wasteful and unnecessary. The hot water is non-existent, yet they are placing blame on the tenants. This place is unethical and the customer service is horrendous. ********* in particular spoke over me and did not allow any form of help. She did not even mention when trash bags would arrive so that I could have a place to throw away my trash. I have stayed in a number of AirBnB's and this by far the most militant and rude company I have ever stayed with. I want a refund. I requested a refund and the option to leave before my stay was completed, because I would like to be able to take a hot shower at some point over the next 3 days. But alas, they will not help. So hence this report.

**************************** This video shows the inside of the property along with how close the units are to each other and the lack of privacy in the bedroom from the deck outside looking into the unit. Yes the back faces rugged terrain but the units are so close and you have to walk around the outside in order to get to *************. You would have a clear view of the inside of your neighbors spaces. We did not feel safe and did not stay the night. We brought this to management's attention and they refused to refund. The attached picture show the two window that only have screens not blinds. Management told us that the pictures did not show binds and therefore it should not have been expected. They all looked like the same blinds to us. Also attached is a picture to show how close the units are to each other and the decks attached to the back.

I reserved a property and attempted to cancel 11 days prior to arrival date. It was due to an unforeseen and dire personal circumstance. I offered to pay a $200 cancellation fee, but they refused. I then asked if my dates could be changed, which they also refused. This company makes no attempt to resolve anything or assist. They simply said I should have bought travel insurance. Two problems with that, my issue was unforeseen and second it would not have been covered by such insurance. Their short sighted view has driven me away, as well as any other person I encounter in the future.

We booked a stay (March ****) through this company at a tiny house rental on the ****** River. The biggest issue was lack of hot water. This tiny house sleeps up to 5 according to the listing but hot water is in short supply due to the tiny hot water heater supplying the property. The management company manager (******) was extremely rude and indicated she would no longer accepted calls from my wife and hung up on her. We are seeking a partial refund of the $541.66 we paid to Hill Country Premier Lodging for this stay. Yelp is filled with negative one-star reviews for this business. We will be pursuing a small claims court action if we can't resolve this with the business.
