            This 'business' calls my office line every day. I have repeatedly (20X?) requested to be taken off of their call list. CSRs and 'supervisors' are rude liars.

            We had an Antigen test done via video in order to be able to board the cruise ship. Very easy process and had the certificate in minutes.Only issue was they missed putting the passport numbers of my two daughters, we contacted by phone and **** helped us tremendously and everything was rectified within minutes. We will definitely use them again.

            My family was traveling to ******** and discovered late in the game that ******** was a county still requiring negative COVID tests (even for fully vaccinated *********). Many of the websites for video testing looked sketchy. Azova website was professional and person we called to confirm the process and testing was extremely responsive and helpful. My family of six completed the testing with Azova. The representative was very professional. We felt there was a high degree of integrity to their process. There price was also very reasonable, considering the the service and record that was established. We would use them again in an instant.

            I am traveling from ****** and found the Home COVID test with proctoring service very easy and handy. If you sign up for an appointment 2 days in advance, you have all day, any time to choose for appointment times. Then, use a device with camera and within the hour you get a link to a pdf for the results.
