            I ordered the flagpole on May18,2024. My neighbors 100 year old Maple tree fell on my home and tore my existing flagpole apart. I did not open the flagpole box until September when my son could put it up. 2 pieces were together and could not be taken apart. I explained the defective pieces to ***** by e-Mail. I sent her and ****** pictures of the defective pictures. They said they did not receive the pictures. They told me to use WD 40 to loosen the pieces. I did. It did not work. I contacted my ************ card company to file a dispute. They did. The dispute was longer than 118 days from the date of purchase so Chase could not do anything. ***** did contact Stand Flag poles. They would not issue a refund. I continue to e-Mail the company with no response. I have asked many times for 2 replacement pieces for the 2 defective ones that I received on May ******* on my original order. I also ordered a $30 solar light for the top of the flagpole. It works but without a flagpole, it is useless. What do I do?

            We are sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with the flag pole. To better understand the issue, we have asked you to send a video, which we have not received. Can you please kindly provide a video showing where the two pieces are stuck and the misaligned holes?

            You can upload the video to a cloud service (like ****** Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive) and share an open link with us. If needed, you could ask a family member or friend for assistance with this. A video, instead of a picture, will help us understand better the issue and provide a resolution.
