    I've never been less impressed with a company - I never write negative reviews and gave Billy every opportunity to make things right, but he didn't, so I thought I'd better warn everyone else. I hired them in the spring of 2023 to mow/trim/edge. They showed up WITHOUT A MOWER. I requested my lawn to be mowed, and they showed up without a mower and instead weed-whacked it until it was bald. What kind of landscaping company shows up without a mower? They tried to edge the sidewalk, and I'm pretty sure a 5-year-old could have done a better job. They never sent an invoice, and I just thought they knew what an awful job they did and decided against charging me for it. Fast forward to November, and I get a text message saying my bill is past due. Tried calling the owner, but he refused to answer and would only text me. I sent him the pictures of my lawn and said I wouldn't be paying the full amount, and he threatened to sue me. I ended up paying the full amount, with him promising me they would come out and fix everything in the spring. They never came, and now they will not get back to me. Good luck trying to talk to him on the phone. His employees are ruining people's yards, and I wanted to talk to him (politely) about it. He didn't want to hear it, so now you get to.

    Company was set to perform the work I hired them to do. After they came I discovered that they did a quick 40 min job and left my lawn looking terrible. They did not edge or trim as they said they would. When I complained asking for a manager, the employee threatened me with the owner being “way worse than him”. And telling me that he would leave grass on my property when no grass was removed from my property. They would not let me speak to a manager or owner and told me I must pay immediately on a weekend. After I reached out to someone else at the company they came back to “make it right” but did not. When I talked to the “manager” he told me he was the owner, then told me he wasn’t. He threatened to take me to small claims court instead of making it right for the customer. I am absolutely appalled by the work that they did. I am appalled at the customer service given to me. This company needs to be under serious investigation.
