  Work was for a deck to be demolished - which my sister and I demolished more than half of it - and a patio to be poured. One section was to be thick enough to hold a hot tub. The estimate was made on 11/8/23 - work was accomplished in December 2023. They were told to be careful of the sprinkler system - I marked where they had to watch. One side by the control system was covered with Concrete and a sprinkler head was broken off and thrown into a window well. The portion that was supposed to be 4-6 inches deep is maybe 2 inches deep - not enough to support a hot tub. There are several places where water pools when it rains or snow melts -- not just a small puddle but large ones. They never finished cleaning up the weather got bad and I was told they would finish it up in the spring. They have never answered phone calls, email messages, text messages, etc. Will not respond in any way. Would like to have the problem either corrected or money refunded so I can hire someone else to finish it correctly.

  Hello, my name is **** *******. I have been having problems with a cement contractor he came and did some cement work for me. It turned out to be bad cemented crumbled and just was not a good job. I paid him in full $3600. I have been in contact with him since May trying to get him to come and fix his Work he will not return any of my texts or phone messages. I did have another contractor fix it because I was not able to drive over it because it was crumbling so bad I have sent many text messages and some voicemails. I have sent him a registered letter he has received it signed for it. I have pictures of the cement work that was bad. Even after he received the registered letter.   I hired this company to remove concrete stairs abutting my driveway and to pour concrete flush with the remainder of the driveway; I paid extra to have the concrete matched to the existing concrete. It was poured on 7/26/2022. The contractor damaged the existing driveway and the concrete was grossly mismatched and will need to be repaired. I attempted to resolve this with the business but owner "Sedrick" hung up on me and ceased responding to my calls and messages. While I still believed the business would correct their error, his employee Sione O****** applied foundation plaster to my house and painted it. He did not complete the painting and has stopped responding to my messages. I have already paid for both services.
