I Bought one from ******* 2 days ago and a lot of stuff was missing including 6 of the springs, spring tool, all of the screws and some poles and endcaps.There was only one box sold to me from ******* with no indication of any other boxes needed. Skywalker will not get me parts to replace the missing ones. I will take this back and go with another brand. I will not use this brand againReview from Sean O

************************* is absolutely horrendous! I ordered a play set that came damaged and missing parts. Upon assembly when I realized I immediately contacted customer service. They made me submit a warranty claim which I did even tho I should not have had to , considering the price and the fact I bought it straight from them. They sent the wrong parts a week later. I took pictures, part numbers and provided exact name of missing parts. A week later received wrong items, called back to go thru the nonsense yet again. Got connected with this devil woman, she fought me tooth and nail on dates of emails, dates of purchase ect, she even tried to tel me there was no record of me buying anything. Luckily I saved the previous correspondence and had a case number. This woman would not help me at all, I asked for a manager she said she was I asked for her name and she told me no! Now I have this play set that was a birthday present for a 6year old that still cant be put together correctly. Unbeliever customer service and I will be contacting corporateReview from Sarah E

I bought the kickback game specifically for keeping my kids and pets out from under the trampoline The description for the kickback game says, "This lower enclosure also helps prevent children or small objects from going underneath the jumping surface." The problem is that it is not an "enclosure" at all. It doesn't enclose anything! It only goes about 1/3 of the way around the trampoline. How does it keep my kids and pets out when they can simply just go around it? When I called about this issue, Skywalker Trampoline didn't seem to think there was any kind of problem with their description or take any steps toward fixing the issue on my end.Review from Varuni K

Bought one of these trampolines from a bargain outlet, STILL sealed, in the plastic, in the box. Upon assembly we noticed there was a missing part. I called them to get a replacement and got a monotonous, unsympathetic scripted response of "I'm sorry if it wasn't purchased from a registered retailer we cannot replace any missing parts" To a degree I understand this, however, is that what you're willing to tarnish your reputation on? You are unwilling to replace a $2 part that you forgot to include in the box? Won't purchase from again. I can't even tell you if the product is quality or not because it still sits half assembled in the garage.Review from Rachel D

There customer service is horrible. They blaming me for sending them the wrong photos of the tags on the trampoline. What am I making it up. If its damaged bring it back immediately to **** club . Dont waist your time contacting them
