            This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Jason and his team are scam artists. I received nothing--they charged my credit. I called numerous times and left messages.......NO RESPONSE!!!!!! If I could rate a negative --I would do it--only 1 star

            Hi Kurt . I am truly sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with us. I see that you called us 1 time on 3/8 and before we could return the call you filed a dispute with your financial institute, even though out website and customer support line states we aim to return all calls within 48 hours. Once a dispute happens, customer support can no longer assist you, and we must follow the dispute process with your financial institute directly. You have received your refunds for the orders you disputed, so there is no material or product owed to you at this time.

            The video I ordered was supposed to be a training video what is was nothing more then a video of a person training a group of people .It was totallyce centered on the group and didn't show me anything first hand. It also used videos inside of the video to train this group and didn't clearly show anything to me.i feel it was misleading the way it was sold to meI would like a refund of the purchase because it didn't to anything for me

            I ordered about 12 Jan **** - and I haven't received any of my 1st part of my order, and got a Video link training class, showing maneuvers -that would only get myself killed if I tried to use them as I'am Elderly and Disabled and their maneuvers were not for me as survival information as advertised. I called and Asked for a Refund and did leave a recorded message about It and I didn't receive what I had ordered and wanted a refund for all of it that they had guaranteed a refund. I was not able to talk to anyone then. Today Feb 12, 24 I got a call but no message as I was not at my phone when the call came in. I tried to call back and got no answer. - I'm calling my bank card, because - as their website has conditions about returns, as I never got the products and bonus in the first place. So, use your own judgment, and I say it's not for the disabled do not get involved with this if you are over age 60 and disabled. The membership part of the up-sale is non-refundable so beware of ordering other things of what you are agreeing to, they use bad business practices to rip off customers hiding behind an LLC company. ************ Abuse!

            The company name is Spy Breifing and the name of the book is R.A.T. Fight the pictures are of poor quality like several pictures the arm it doesn't show where it goes it seems to disappear and on several pictures the paragraph above and down below doesn't correspond to the pictures and I have called 6 times and left 6 messages and no response it looks like a scam to me and all I wanted is for them to refund my money I guess I will never see any of that money again

I can see from notes that a refund was issued to you on 12/18 for the purchase of the *** Fight 2.0 videos and that a customer service agent did return your call that day to confirm the refund. I see in the notes that we returned your calls on 12/26 to issue a refund for the *** Fight book. I see that the same agent returned your call twice on 1/8 to confirm the refund had been issued. I do apologize for an confusion, but I can see on our end that all of your concerns were addressed.             Spy briefing is ******** and a scam, I have tried to call their customer service many times during their stated business hours but no luck. I have left several messages on their voice-mail, they never responded back to me. A Membership fee, is being deducted from my debitcard for a membership that was made by my son in error, as we did not want a membership just a product, we tried to contact them many times but only met with a voice message, to leave a message which I did but they again never returned my call and never gave and correspondence what so ever, to correct the the is***. I gonna have to possibly *** them.. They owe me to membership payments, for a membership we desperately tried to cancel, but couldn't not reach them by their contact number, could only leave a message which I did several times with no reply back at all and this going on now 2 months his Nov 2023 now we are in Dec 2023. People they will never reply back to ur emails or messages, their customer service phone # is never ever answered. This company is possible scam and not legit. Be careful so you don't get frauded..

            Hi Mychal. I'm sorry about your experience. We do offer a membership, but it is not required to purchase any products. You have to accept the offer and place the order to sign up for it. I see that we did receive your voice mail on 12/22 and cancelled your membership at your request. We also tried to return your call, but your voicemail was full and we were unable to leave a message to confirm.

            I called to question the emergency food prep order my husband made. After speaking with my husband he wants a refund since he feels like he got scammed 223$ for 7 (1lb) packets now surprisingly no one will answer my call my guess is caller id. WE WANT A FULL REFUND.

            I watched some of the video and then chose to purchase a couple things. Beyond that after the many offers I would click on No thanks. That was yesterday. This morning I looked at my credit card account. There were seven transactions from Spy Briefing. Five of the seven were for $39.13. One at $70.85 and $10.52. My credit card company is canceling all of them.

            I received an email in March saying my free book was on hold. Today I look on my credit card and see a charge to my AmEx card from Spy Briefing for $10.55. My order was for a free book, not for a recurring charge! Forget the Free book and refund my money.             I have ordered a number of items through this company (survival food, knives, water filters, books) and while sometimes shipping takes a day or 2 longer than I would like, I have always gotten my products in good condition and I have been happy with my purchases. Sometimes the sales pitch is more than I like to endure but I read through it and decline items I am not interested in.I have called the company a few times with questions and have always been able to talk to someone and customer service has been good.Overall I am happy with the company
