    I bought a car from them on 10-30-2021. The car I have was ****. Over Blue book. I did not know this at the time. Since I have been on a fixed income and didn't have very good credit. I bought one from them since I have been subject to harassment from them. My car is almost paid off. On 4/23/23 they came and took my saying that I didn't have insurance, which I do and then tried to say I hadn't pd any payments since my Jan 2023 payment. I was threatened with having to pay a additional **** dollars if I didn't let them take it volunteerly. I have sent copies of my bank statements and Receipts for all payments that I have made this year and a copy of my insurance which they also said that I didn't have. They are crooks and still haven't returned my car. I was told that once I provided my insurance and all the payments that I made my car would be returned to me. They have sold me a over priced car and subjected me to there harassing and bulling. I don't think that they are good people and have taken advantage of me because of my disability.

    Scam Took our money promised to fix our suv only to get it back 3 months later with more issues. The owner is a liar and a theif.

    Worst car buying experience of my life. Where to start, we purchased a Yukon Denali XL from this dealership and it was a NIGHTMARE!! we drove it off the lot and immediately it had a check engine light, the whole drivers door was not working and it had some electrical problems... which make me think now .... do they clear their codes before they sell them?? but not fix it?? Per other reviews they do. I called in and spoke to Jake who seems like an honest guy and Jake said yeah bring it back we will make it right, Jake also said after having the Yukon for a couple weeks that he would unwind the deal if they could not figure it out. They had it at John W***** Chev in ***** and when I went down to get some items out of the Yukon they said "oh you mean the Yukon that is sitting there where we do side work on it if we have time" at this point I was extremely upset as there was NO urgency to help us get it fixed. I expressed my frustration to Jake and he spoke to Owner Aaron who offered to pay the 1st month on it, then Aaron the owner said he will take it to his mechanic where he can """"FOCUS"""" on it, weeks turned into months, YES MONTHS, I kept getting the same update and now I have not had this vehicle for over 3 months and paid over 1000 on a vehicle I did not have with payments insurance etc. I did file complaints with Motor vehicle Enforcement because the owner would not tell me where the vehicle was he still to this day would not. So yesterday I of course did not hear anything again. So at this point I was done waiting its now March 13th we bought this in Dec, I got it back and what do you know MORE ISSUES it is in worse shape then when we took it. I understand we are buying a used vehicle but being an honest dealer is ALL I ever asked for, and that did not happen. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this horrible vehicle

    These guys were completely different to deal with once they had our money. My son and I purchased a diesel truck from them and it was a smooth and simple transaction and we were happy with our purchase. However after driving the truck home 90 miles or so the check engine light came on and the code was showing the the turbo was bad. The truck basically had no power. My son called the dealership and spoke to the owner the next morning. The owner immediately said he would help pay for a new turbo which was at least *******. We felt like they should pay for the labor as well and for days kept getting the run around on whether or not they would pay at least half of it. Excuse after excuse with no acttual answer . In the meantime we took the truck to a **** dealership and had it repaired. It ended up only being the turbo actuator and the total labor/parts came to ******. We let them know that and thought they would be happy to pay the **** and we would have felt good about our purchase. We have never heard a word from them since. Their service after the sell is a total joke and their word means nothing. They are horrible and I will tell everyone I can to never give them their business. Very disappointed in what I thought was originally a positive car buying experience.
