My vehicle had an Emission recall completed in February 2022. After the recall completed the car has been malfunctioning when it auto changes gear before reaching 20 miles per hour. Brought the car into the dealership in September to be checked so they could what the problem was. However, back in February we paid over $2,000 for a leak that we let them know it had. There is still an oil leak for which they are charging now over $2,000. Why did the dealership not see that leakage back in February? In September the dealership gave 3 recommendations that needed attention for my vehicle; but none of them were to fix the problem for the reason why the vehicle was brought in to begin with. The advisor said that his tech test drove the car and found nothing but normal shifting operations, so they could not find any problem. My husband and I came to the dealership on 9/12/2023 with the tech. As soon as we began to drive the car, in a span of less than probably 5 minutes, the car did the malfunction about 4 to 5 times (how come the tech did not find the problem when he test drove it?). Basically, the car loses power after giving it the gas and before reaching 20 miles per hour. The car is given gas, the car goes, but then loses power so it kind of stops. The tech admitted to knowing what the malfunction was and admitted that it was due to the emission recall and that it is still covered under warranty of the emissions recall. When we got back to the dealership the tech told the advisor what was going. I said I didn't want done their suggestions needed for the vehicles except for what was covered under the emissions warranty to get rid of the start malfunction. The advisor stated that the parts needed were out on a 3 month wait period and that they would let us know when parts arrived. I then stated that if I wanted their suggestions completed I would let the tech know and we left. I texted the advisor on 10/30 asking if the parts for my vehicle were in yet and he said "yes". I scheduled an appointment and took the vehicle in on Thursday November 9th, at 3:00 pm. The dealership said that the work would be completed in one day and the same day. I was due back on Friday to pick up m car. To my surprise, when I got there to pick up my car, they were charging me over $2,000 because they completed the work that I first rejected and then said that I would let them know if I wanted it done. And they DID NOT complete any of the work that is needed to stop the malfunction of the vehicle and so of course they did not release my vehicle because the advisor and tech were both out on Friday. I have been without a car since Thursday evening, getting charged for work I didn't want done and they did NOT COMPLETE the work that needed to be done.

I purchased a brand new Radiator for my 1995 MercedesSL600 on May 09, 2023, from Mercedes of Draper for $432 plus $49.00 for shipping. The Radiator was installed without any problems and functioned well until it developed a leak in August of 2023. The leak was small at first but continued to worsen. I took the car to my local repair shop, which diagnosed a major leakage in the radiator where the metal and plastic joined. I contacted Mercedes of Draper who advised me to take the car to a local M I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with Mercedes Headquarters and Draper UT location without any result. I am extremly frusterated and want help in resolving this issue.
